I really like the user friendly layout design tool, made it so easy to design an awesome banner.

First time ordering a custom sign. Very easy to do.

THIS IS SHIPPED FROM OUT OF COUNTRY! Ordered from them and they didn't send the products. The items didn't arrive for the event that was 21 days after they pocketed the money. I called to check on the order the 2nd week, then told them to cancel it after the 3rd week. On the 4th week I got a shipment email with tracking saying my order was in Dubai. I called and emailed they were to cancel the order 4 more times after the 3rd week when they missed the event. The next response I received from them gave the account from a past order I had placed and received months ago! They couldn't keep the orders straight even though I included the order number in my emails and calls! The next excuse was they needed better art -I told them use what I sent as is. The next excuse was I didn't approve the proofs=I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PROOF! The next excuse was shipping isn't guaranteed. BUYERS BEWARE-This is a BAD COMPANY! Full of excuses. Somehow they got my delivery to me 2 days after being in Dubai. Go figure- They CAN ship things fast at Fedex! Unfortunately, the event was 10 days ago!

Customer service could be improved. Was not able to use a promo code previously received. It was ultimately addressed to be done after the purchase.

The user experience on your website is by far the WORST site for ordering something I have ever encountered.

Need work regarding step to set-up license plate needs work

Everything is good, but your ordering process nickels and dimes for stands and mounts and all. It would be better to package it with everything needed because people are gonna be pissed seeing a great price and then having to add everything ala carte. Also, you color selection array is odd. Show options for the basic colors then offer the array for other color match. Trying to get the blackest black and whitest white is a pain.

I gave 4 stars because I requested a call back. Now, you called back and told me that all representatives were busy and then hung up on me. Also, when I asked if returns were possible due to the item not fitting, they kept on telling me that I can only return due to manufacturing issues.

Those guys are a scammers, they have a fake reviews, my review disappeared from the history, I bought a couple magnetic sign for my car and they said me sorry they will send me another one's, after 15 days when I spoke with the first CS I said what I can do because is cero magnetic and I don't have space, he said me email me a video and pictures I did it and I said send me the label return, he said don't worry keep it and I said this is garbage, throw to the garbich, after 20 days appear another guy asking me for pictures and videos, I sent already directly from his page I toke a video and pictures and that way I can't keep it anything, so is that way how they scam, paying a little more you never will have a problem.

Best of Signs offers great pricing and often acceptable to great product. I've placed nine orders with them, with a few them having issues with either product quality, delivery time or customer service.

The price is hard to beat, so my advice is to order with plenty of time before you need them. Should there be an error, it will takes way too long (and a lot of frustration) to get it fixed. You will be passed around to the point of extreme annoyance. Two months lead time seems to be needed if you don't to pay high shipping rates.

On my part, it was EASY to do... But techs were confused about a pdf having low resolution and I could not explain to them the pdf does not deal with 'resolution' it is a linear based format. So even if i loaded an image or part of layer that was low-res, it would print just as i saw it, low-res. Anything else, i. E. vector graphics would be sharp because of format saved. Then an issue with shipping address I put had me concerned. And to ask them to change it, in English, was a nightmare. But it all worked out. And i am happy with quality of product. So 4 stars for product, 1 star for shopping experience.

Ordered a large perforated window sign with QR code. It turns out that the QR code does not work with perforated sign and of course I had no idea and Best of Sign professionals did not say anything. Once I noticed the QR code is not working I contacted the company just to be tooled that this was my problem and their is nothing they can do about it. Ended up tossing hundreds of dollars worth of banner away.

Never again will I use this company due to their terrible customer service. I purchased a flag, when I received the first flag it was actually pretty nice but the colors were off which was my fault. So then they told me that there was a color chart I could use so I used the color chart second flag I paid for again looked like the printer was out of ink. It was totally faded, all the wrong colors and plain just dull! I emailed them about the issue. I paid for the first and second flag and felt that they should make a third one and make it right but instead they totally ignored my emails and did nothing so therefore I am done! There are plenty of other places to make these things, I wouldn't use this place if I was you...

The process is simple, quality is good, price is very reasonable. What more could you want?

Very easy, very user friendly website. Easy to navigate and to find what exactly you are looking for.

So far so good, except the billing, we a government company and tax exempt, if i cannot have this reversed we will not be able to use Best of Signs

I like that I can customize any product that I pick and not only the design but the size as well.
