Super easy upload and the files that were too small they fixed up for us so that when enlarged they weren't distorted.

Not very happy with the way the flag was packaged. Arrived severely folded and does not seem to flatten. Hangs with creases and after being flattened out still has creases. I am not very happy with this result.

I'm a cottage business and sell my items at local craft shows. I wanted a table banner and your staff "held my hand" thru the entire process. My banner arrived and I couldn't be happier. It is easy to read from a distance and gives passers by an idea of what I offer. Thanks for helping a novice buyer of signage.

This company has it figured out. I ordered a 4x4 two-sided sign with grommets uploading my own artwork on the 6th of August and it arrived the 11th of August. It was a really high quality sign and exactly as I had wanted. I paid about $37 total, which included the shipping costs too. I would recommend these folks highly. They were fantastic! The business is 100% online and has chat as well as designers too. They're responsive to questions and are very helpful. I am a Managing Director for a Pharmaceutical fulfillment company and we have Office Olympics every year. This sign was awesome!

Software to center logo could be better. Duplicate logo on opposite side is not perfectly centered where it falls on front of table.

It was confusing at first but I got great help to straighten it out. I was helped well, but my customer said the 2 sides of the flag were not sewn together as well as he expected.

The design review process made me realize I had submitted the wrong version of my artwork. I was able to update my order and still received it by the original date promised. Customer service was outstanding. The quality of the banner is just what I expected and the price was great!

Terrible quality. I had to throw it away. There goes $50 I placed my second order and the product was totally different from the first order.

I have ordered from BOS many times and every time I have been completely satisfied. The products are excellent quality and well-crafted. Shopping and designing are easy online and the turnaround surprisingly fast. I will be back many more times I am sure!
