This company is a cheap product producing, fraudulent and unethical business at the least. With all honesty, I order many online products on a weekly basis - out of thousands of online orders I have left no more than around 3 negative reviews… ever.
This specific review is based on nearly 40 reverse cut decals (large) I ordered roughly 1 month before arrival.
ISSUE, pertaining to the above order - All of the decals were so tightly packed into a small tube that nearly every decal was folded or severely creased/"crinkled". Once this type of material is damaged in said way, it is impossible to reach the desired appearance once applied to glass (or similar surface) due to the visible imperfections throughout the decals.
Long story short - I offered to return the decals, I would've excepted a refund or even store credit so they can re-make the decals in hopes they can package correctly the second time around.
They refused all of the above.
I wrote this review in hopes it saves at least 1 person the hassle and dissatisfaction they'll likely experience if they work with "BestOfSigns".

However, on the product page, customer can mention the requirements onto the "Specific Instructions" box and on the cart page, they can select the "Proof Request" option. Our design team will check the details and will share the artwork proof before the order goes in production. Very easy and reasonably priced. No issues will be shipping or wait time. Easy to install by using the directions that were provided.
The absolute worst company ever. I ordered 14 inch letters. They sent me 10 inch letters. They would not do a thing about it offered me 30% off another set. I spent $325 on those letters. I paid through PayPal so I filed a complaint and their response was once they received my letters back. They would give me a total refund now they refuse to. I'm taking this to the president of the company. If I have to don't buy from them they're awful.

We have also mentioned on the website the preview of each font, and in "Engebrechtre Expanded" font the lettering size is not equal, only the first letter will be of 14 inch (your size) and others will be according to the font you have selected (which is smaller than 14 inch according to the font). I wish there was more communication about the vinyl and its size. It's very misleading when your counting the backing paper but you're website says cut vinyl.
I was not able to dot he survey as it hung up on the phone. I wanted to say I'm very please with the customer service I recieved.
So both my signs have creases where the banner is pealing from the magnet. Both of them are around 6-8 inches long
One of my magnetic signs flew off the car while driving, not sure how it happened but on my last magnetic sign order I had the signs less then 3 months before they started to do this weird thing like the film was bubbling off of the magnet. I did not know this was a thing and should have reported it long before I did. Maybe they would have been replaced. But my bad i now know what to report asap.
Package was seriously damaged and the window perf inside was damaged as well. The image on the perf was printed at a size larger than provided in the PDF file. I'm going back and forth with the company about the issues with no resolution so far.
