Beware of this company. I was really excited to get our new table cloth cover with our logo. Unfortunately, it wasn't in the color we requested and it had two holes in the fabric. When I contacted the company on 3/17 for help, they requested photos of the packaging and the table cloth on a table. I explained that I couldn't provide a photo with the table cloth on a table, because we were renting the table for the show, but I did provide images of the packaging and a photo showing the color and holes. You can clearly see that the color is purple and there are two holes in the fabric. Despite the evidence, they requested more photos and have yet to replace the table cloth. It's now 3/27. Regardless of the color, the fact that there are two holes in the fabric should warrant a replacement. Frustrated with their poor customer service, I decided to go with another company to assure that we will have our table cloth in time for our show. I guess that $121 was worth losing a new customer and more business in the future.

Everything was easy. When I had a question I received quick responses and clarity to my questions. Also, once I approved the "proof " to give the OK to print, within a few days of me approving the proof my package had arrived just that quick! They did a fantastic job and I like the quality of the table cloth, so it should hold up for a long time!

First time using Best of Signs,...
Our ministry hangs scripture banners. We use 18"x 60". Very few sign companies allow customization to 18" in width. The background options are nice. The process is intuitive. The cost was unbelievable. The product is beautiful. Thank you.

Grace was AMAZINGLY helpful! I went through another company to get assistance and I could tell the person did not want to spend much time doing so. Grace stayed on with me, we measured, I sent exact pic off the site- and was with me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! As a new small business owner- I was so nervous about what to do and Grace reassured me!

It took too much time to place order, chat with specialist and worked with coupon code and all. We have got the banner but, stand is too thin which can't stand even in little wind. So, Now we have to get something which can tie even the banner

I really have to start look at reviews of companies before ordering. Needed a custom simple banner runner by 3/9/2023. Placed my order on 2/28/2023 artwork was approved and order said it was shipped on 3/4/2023. Never received any tracking information and paid for expedited shipping to ensure order delivery. Sent an email to customer service and never got a response so decided to call and am being told ohh sorry yea your order won't be there today but still never given a tracking number. Inquired about cancelling order since it serves no purpose to receive after today. Now I'm on this infinite hold that talks about most orders approved in 24 hrs "yea right". I'm going to wait 2 more minutes and just resolve this matter with my bank. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional. Thank goodness found a DIY solution to create a custom logo table runner using a Cricut and vinyl

Not only was I able to customize my tablecloth, down to the dye color, when I needed to make a quick change after submission, it was no problem to make a quick fix and then forward the amended design to the creators.

Now it's too late

The word best in the company name is used loosely. I'm so disappointed with the quality. My banner came in two pieces. Where the 2 pieces meet there are 10 missing letters. This is a disaster and now it's too late to get another one. The price looks good but the banner looks terrible. Now we don't have a banner for our fundraiser event for March of Dimes!

I was very happy with the ordering process, Best of Signs initially informed me my logo was blurry and I resubmitted another file. They sent me a follow up email to ensure the next image was clear and my banner arrived very quickly. I was so impressed with the bright colors, clear logo, and design.

Paid extra for expedited delivery date. They did not arrive. No response from customer service for days. Then only to say it was beyond their control and they would give half the shipping costs back. The sign was now useless as it well past the date the sign was made for. Not a company to be trusted in any of their sayings - no 24 hour response, no on time delivery even if you pay for it. And if you don't pay for it, who knows when you will get it.
