Initial impression was fine. Pricing was fine. I had messaged for questions on my design and never heard back so I figured everything out on my end and submitted the order. (I waited for a week for a response and just assumed no one got my question.) I clicked the option to submit order as is and opt out for a proof to need approval because it would delay shipping. 5 days later I receive an email that my order needed a proof approval. (Again, I had opted out of that because I needed the item by a certain date.) I called up the company asking why this happened and they said because of a prior message I had written. (Never heard back from them and already had submitted my design and placed my order.) I asked them why i never received a notice before a day before I was supposed to get my item and they told me I should have logged onto my account and looked. (I had already approved my design at this point. Why would I physically log into my account when I had already received a notice that it was scheduled for delivery?) So, I ask for a partial refund on shipping because of the inconvenience of me having to reschedule the person I had paid to mount my sign and now I had to wait an additional 5 days to receive my order and had paid extra for express shipping. I was denied the refund claiming I must have misunderstood the order confirmation and sometimes they'll adjust the proof on their end if the design wasn't correct. So, I logged in to my account to approve the "changes" and absolutely no changes were made to the design. It was exactly the design I had approved and paid for and created myself. Did not make sense to me why they would keep the exact same design and claim to have adjusted it. Just seemed like they were behind on orders and like to charge people and not deliver on what was paid for. It's a shame because I already had additional orders pending for future products and I do not plan on using them moving forward. Terrible

The design was easy and items were perfect HOWEVER, the items were ordered on Monday needed for a Wednesday event. Best of Signs advertises overnight delivery so I took advantage. But despite paying the $80 overnight fee the items order Monday didn't arrive until THURSDAY. The day AFTER the event.

Easy to order and design. Best of signs reached out prior to printing final item to make sure it looked as I wanted. The tablecloth was of much better quality than I expected. It will last for our historical society for years and we now have a professional, noticeable table at our events. I thought there would be a seam in the cloth since I didn't pay extra for seamless but there wasn't. Possibly since our print was a simple 2 color they threw in the seamless version at no cost? Not sure but am very pleased with the results.

I first obtained 2 banners then after the fact got a third! Can't beat the Prices! Super Easy to Place Order. The finished product was just what I wanted, and they made it easy. I requested a specialist as had some issues with design, which were fixed promptly! So excited to use them and show them off!

You have the worst website I've ever seen. What should be simple is extremely complicated and confusing. I read books on quantum mechanics and relativity and your website is impossible to understand. You need to re-design it.

I was skeptical because the reviews were either amazing or horrible. I got 7 2'x1' banners for a car show. I got the slowest & cheapest shipping option and it still arrived 5 days earlier that it quoted. The banners are GREAT quality, clear, and very sturdy. I am so pleasantly surprised and impressed with this purchase. I couldn't have gotten 2 of these banners normally for under $20, and I got 7 for $20. (The white specs are just dust)
