The design process was fairly clear. The order finalization process was time consuming, in as much as the page gives the option to have a different shipping address from the billing address, and then rejected the billing address for being a P.O. Box. Many companies receive their invoices at a P.O. Box, so this should be a natural option, versus the physical, shipping / delivery address. Having received the decals, I am looking forward to installing and enjoying, what I hope to be, a heightened level of decor in the office.

I ordered 2 4x8 banners to promote a weekly fundraiser for my nonprofit dog rescue. I hired their designer so the banner would be eye catching. I will admit, I did approve the proof, but apparently I should have looked a little closer. Even after getting the banners, I didn't notice it. It took a customer pointing it out 😳 before I realized they had misspelled Thursday. This is a common word and spell check is available so in my defense I didn't look closely at the common words 🤦🏻. But I reached out to them and they agreed it was a mistake on their side and offer to reprint and expedite the order to replace the banners at no cost to me. They are amazing to work with! But FYI…. Do double the spelling of all words before approving 🤣🤣.

I do not like that my previous designs are not saved for me to go back and order in different sizes or styles. I can only reorder same thing for only 6 months. If I want to change size. I have to completely start over. 😢

Very reasonable cost but with that and what they don't tell you is orders come from China so it has to go through customs. I paid for expedited shipping to arrive on a Friday when I ordered it on a Monday however it did not come and was 3 days late.

The quality of the printing and the outdoor signs were excellent, arrived promptly, pricing excellent. The plastic hook hangers were not strong enough to withstand weight for very long. I couldn't use them at all.
