There might be people out there who will forgive you for setting up a delivery time of 7 AM - 1 PM and then just simply not show up and not call, and then I call to find out wth is going on and wait 1 hour and 48 minutes on hold, BUT I AM NOT ONE OF THEM! BEST BUY CAN GET DIPPED IN DONKEY CRAP! I will never buy anything from them again. And thanks to "Katie" who the best she could come up with was well we are really busy right now... gfy.

Absolutely horrible!
They pull the classic advertised low price and then WILL NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER until they "verify" your payment information. They then get you on the phone and try to tell you that the price, in this case, for a Sharp TV doesn't include "Insurance" and they will not ship a product unless it is "Insured". They then tell you that insurance on a $3,000 TV is $386.00! A completely SHAM operation and DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE SHILLS they have posting out here that they are a good company, THEY ARE NOT. They will waste your time and try to rip you off with completely unrealistic insurance charges that when added to the products cost IS MORE THAN most other reputable company's. GO ELSEWHERE and save yourself the time and frustration of dealing with these clowns.
I bought a high-end Yamaha RX-A2050 A/V receiver from these guys. A heavy item, it was shipped by ground (free shipping), and I received it about a week after placing my order, which was to be expected. However, they did not send me a tracking number as promised or update my order status on their site when the item was shipped. Also, immediately after my order and prior to shipment, they left me a VM asking to verify my shipping address which is different from my CC address, and the sales department never answered my two callbacks on that. After reading many negative reviews, I was a bit worried. Much to my surprise, the item showed up yesterday (their site says the order is still being processed).
Except for the callback/status confusion, for which I am dinging them one star, an excellent transaction!
This is a FAKE website... I tried to find the store at the address given adn it doesn't exist. I really wonder how the people that gave positive reviews were able to buy their products in the store and talk about the service when there is no physical store.

The picture is so much better. My screen is great. My projector is 16' away mounted from ceiling. I am very pleased and I would highly recommended to Best Buy PCS.
Projects a very large screen, but the quality is good, you have to go in and lock the settings or it will revert back to original settings. For the money this cost, I wish it had the built in DVD player like the older model we had. THANKS to Best Buy PCS
Walked in looking for a different brand of projector but am very happy that I walked out with this one.

Great projector for the price, this is my second HD projector and is definitely 10 times better than the last one. I would recommend Best Buy PCS
Best Buy PCs has by far the best prices for online home theater systems! They have been around for over 10 years and only carry top of the line televisions. I highly reccommend this site for their customer service too!
Great price for a 3D projector. Beautiful picture, good zoom range, the fan is not at all obnoxious all in a small package. The replacement lamps come in pretty cheap as well! You need this epson!
