Deceptive

I have to reject Best Buy offer.
For the following reasons
Best buy claimed to have upgraded the laptop when I purchased it. Service order states upgrade.
The laptop was not upgraded Best Buy intentionally deceived me.
After being deceived I would only agree to have the upgrade done at my home Best buy refused
Best buy is not trustworthy and I prefer to supervise and work Best Buy does.
I have made a offer to Best buy to reconsider there decision or return the laptop for a refund Best buy
Has refused to respond
I find Best but to be untrustworthy and deceptive in the business practices

No one wants to work

I have tried several times, in three different states, to shop in Best Buy. Now I just say, Goodbye. The last time wa the worst and the final straw. I was shopping in the Augusta, Ga Best Buy around August of last year. I was with my husband and we went in specifically to find wireless headphones. As we looked, a group of three BB employees, all men, were standing in front of the TV sets near us. We had split up during our hunt, and each walked by them at least twice. I walk with a cane, yet their conversation was far too interesting to let a needy customer interrupt. After about 10-15 minutes of searching, giving up, and looking at other things, we spent almost 30 minutes in there. During that time, the three musketeers had brief pauses to watch the TVs, but heaven forbid, help a customer. We were not acknowledged by anyone in that store even when one of them even turned around to watch us searching and talking to each other about where a product might be. We had the same type of ignoring in Joplin, MO but let it go.
When we got fed up and left, the manager dude at the door thanked us for shopping there and wished us a good day. He was caught by surprise when my husband and I flew into him and said we didn't buy anything because not one of the men in there would stop talking to help us. I do not know if he told them off but would bet it is still a disgusting excuse for a store. My reasoning being, their behavior didn't happen over night so apparently their manager is a worthess as they are.
When I upgrade my flatscreens, or finally buy a new washer/dryer set, I would eat a black widow spider before I set foot in that store again. I also will not be spending my dollars on their web site. When I hear them having low profits, I know firsthand why.

Absolute Nightmare

The worst online - order, pay, and pick-up at store experience ever. Even worse than walmart.com. The first online order placed for store pickup was out of stock at the designated store after driving 15 miles to pick it up. This was after receiving a confirmation email that it was ready for pickup.The second experience was even worse though the product was in at the customer service desk for pickup.It tool four employees and finally the manager to even complete the task of scanning the product after it was already paid for online. They refused to release the item even though their system showed that the order had been placed and paid for online. After three hours and five employees later, (one on the phone with the company's support line, on hold,, and never even got through to a person), I was offered the following solutions. Cancel the order and receive a refund (whenever their non-functioning systems are able issue it) or Cancel the order, pay for the item a second time in the store, (and hope the refund is issued). Incompetent employees and even a worse online ordering system for a company that deals in "technology".

On 8/9/2017, I purchased a clock radio that was to be a gift. The gift was presented to the recipient on his birthday, 8/24/2017. The "Birthday Boy" received a very similar gift and I agreed to return the one I gave him. The box was never opened. I took it back to Best Buy and they pulled the "15 day return POLICY" and refused to give back my purchase price; instead "agreeing" to give me a store credit. In invoking a POLICY that was not complied with by 4 days, they managed to loose a good customer who has spent more than a few dollar with the company over the years. Unrealistic & inflexible company policies do not invite return customers in this Amazon retail world.

SCAM. BOYCOTT BEST BUY. Beware of the computer bloatware SCAM. All retailers load their computers with bloatware. The software companies pay retailers for this. The SCAM ARTISTS at Best Buy have found a way to charge the consumer for this bloatware as well. If you return a computer for a refund Best Buy will charge you for this Bloatware. If you complain then Best Buy will refund this charge, but you must check your credit card. BEST BUY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

I ordered a Samsung 55" TV from their website 21 days ago. My card was charged appropriately 2 days later.
Delivery was scheduled BY BEST BUY and I received email and text confirmations.
No one showed up and I was not contacted.
I have tried to call several times and I am hung up on when calling Best Buy@ *******289
The last call, I was told a supervisor will not come to the phone to speak to me because the address in their system is wrong. -- Even though online it is correct.
Best Buy has the WORST customer service. I have to now contact my credit card company to decline the charges because I have been charged but have NO TV!
Terrible experience. My advise -- do not buy from Best Buy even if they have a low price. It's not worth it. I am very sad!

No games here. Whatever i order always comes on time. They have some of the best deals.on cell phones from most carriers.If you return an item you can always exchange the item or get a refund with no hassle. Best Buy Best Deal 99 percent of the time.

We recently bought a new garmin gps.and it did not work properly, we took it back the next day to a different best buy and they exchanged it without any problem. We were traveling and bought it in Michigan and exchanged it in Indiana. Thank you best buy for fantastic customer service

Bought a Samsung Range Slideout (Model #NE58F9500SS) and windster range hood with installation. New tile floor had just been installed. When we pulled the stove out there were no leg leveling devices for the front side of the stove. Once we noticed that we started inspecting more closely and found they did not install the child anti tip control. The installers did not discuss altering the installation nor taking the leg levelling devices so the stove could be leveled. I am unsure about liability if a child happens to grab and pull. If I was able and younger we could have checked and known the leg levelling parts were missing.

Now I have called with no response multiple times with no return. Called corporate and corporate called the store manager that promised faithfully she would return my call. Still NOTHING About at wits end

I chose a laptop on their site and chose to pick it up in the store. There was no store within 100 miles that had it. Then I checked to see just how much shipping wolud cost. That option was not available (turns out it was going to be discontinued - so no new orders). The salesperson pointed me out a comparable laptop but it was not stocked in the store but could be ordered to the store 10 days later. Uugghh! My current one is broken and I really need my laptop! I ordered. I got a Aug 23rd delivery date. I was praying each morning I would have an email that it came in early. I did get an email today. The delivery will be delayed... until September 13th! Are you kidding?

Decent website

Washing machine was broken down, so had to buy new one. Arrived in expected delivery day and they called me a lot. But anyways i got the machine in time.

I almost got double charged tho. I can't say full story, but best buy call customer service dude did pretty decent job at it.

All the products that you could desire backed up with a prompt delivery system. I always receive shipping emails and can easily track the delivery process. You will not be dissatisfied with Best Buy in any way.

I love how Best Buy has everything computer related. They have price match guarantee which is great in beating out other prices from other stores, even the computer manufacturers themselves. I've also never had a problem with their exchange and/or return policies. The only reason I knocked out one star out of the review is the long queue on their Geek Squad.

Answer the D*** phone

There should never be a time in any business when you call and they don't answer the phone for 30 minutes. I am currently still on the phone on hold right now and to show you how much time I have I decided to write a review. I have one simple question about a product. Thanks for nothing. Thanks for a solid business strategy and customer service. Real solid. Great job. Do better. Also I'm at 32 minutes on hold now.

My iPhone was acting up. It is 23 months old and was purchased new at the Best Buy store in St Peters, Missouri on a Sprint plan. I also purchased the full insurance on the phone through Best Buy -- which means the Geek Squad would make all repairs.

About two months ago my phone started freezing up --- frequently the touch screen would not function and at other times windows would start opening and closing on their own. Not good.

I made an appointment with the Geek Squad at the same store where I made my original purchase in order to get it repaired.

When I checked in for my appointment I was told they could reset my phone at no charge (I can do that) but if it needed additional work it would be a $200 charge.

I protested and asked what I was receiving for my monthly insurance premiums. I was told: "You will get a replacement for your $800 phone for just $200."

That might be true if my phone was stolen, but all I needed was a repair. I was told I would have to pay the $200 up front before they would even diagnose the problem!

Needless to say I declined.

My next stop was the local Sprint Repair Center. They assured me since the phone was not physically damaged they could repair the phone -- not replace it. If my insurance had been through Sprint there would be no charge.

What is the lesson learned?

I will NEVER shop in Best Buy again. Further, I will do my best to convince all my friends and associates not to do so, either. In my opinion this practice is not only unethical but borders on outright dishonesty.

I spent more than $3,000 in that Best Buy store in the last 24 months, but my business is gone to them in the future -- thrown away because of excessive greed over a simple telephone repair.
