No customer service. I mean no customer service... I live over an hour away and bought a complete appliance package over $12,000.00. I have tried to call for the last 2 days regarding and they will NOT answer the phones. I asked my mother in law to drive by and ask them to put the dishwasher on the truck with the delivery the next day. They said they would and of course they did not. I looked on my Best Buy app to locate the order number for the dishwasher since I placed it separately and it has been removed. Since I can't call them I will be driving up. Had hip replacement surgery 2 weeks ago and I can't wait to limp in there and tell them to come get everything out of my house!

Best Buy contracted a local shipping company, Lone Star Overnight to deliver my PS5. The PS5 has been "lost" in their warehouse since Saturday. Best Buy support has refused to help me every step of the way. I have been chasing the shipping company to try and "find" my console in their warehouse. The kicker, they never even attempted to make a delivery!
Between the 30+ phone calls, chats, and tweets to both companies, I finally was able to speak with a customer support manager at Best Buy. They refused to work with me to send me a new console or supply me with a store to pick up from. They stated all they can do is begin a refund process to investigate the shipping company. And I can once again be thrown into the cycle of attempting to find a console due to their failures.
Best Buy has held my money for over three months now, has not refunded anything, and has not given me anything to compensate for the countless hours I've spent trying to chase their contracted shipping company that clearly stole my product.
I would be extremely cautious ordering this product from Best Buy, if there is any issue with the delivery they will not help you. They will do literally nothing in the way of support or fulfillment of your purchase.
From what I understand from my friends that preorder the console after me and have received from other companies, it's great. I would just strongly advise against using Best Buy even if it is the only place that has preorders available.

Unfortunately I had to deal with this guy and I have a truck I spent over $1,500 to get an alarm to my trailer and Best buy used interior wiring so it rusted within 6 months. Unfortunately John claimed to be a manager was rude on the phone couldn't answer my questions and never was willing to help me! When I tried getting him to get a manager he would not do it because he was incompetent and this is the kind of people that they hire as managers! Unfortunately for this store I used to spend over $5,000 a year buying game boxes and televisions and computers for four kids! Now I will have nothing to do with you ever again because during covet 19 your customer service fell apart and you're in store insulation is incapable of doing the work that they need to to back your warranty now I'm stuck with a truck that has $1,000 alarm that doesn't work because of this faulty Best buy company and John's lack of leadership and customer service!
This review is more about loyalty and good customer service than anything else after being charged a 100+% promotional interest penalty.
I made a mistake, and had a promotional purchase being paid on a monthly "auto pay" from my bank. I didn't pay attention to my monthly statements, because I knew it was being paid every month ( early every month). When I did look at recent statements, I noticed a problem. When I went back a few months, I saw where I received a $457 interest charge on a $422 remaining balance. I immediately called when I found the problem, and was told since a few months had passed there was nothing they could do now. I told them I would have paid the $422 if I would have known to avoid a 110+% interest charge.
I asked if they could split it or do anything as I have been a customer for 20+ years and literally have spent in excess of $20k. The answer from Best Buy customer service & her supervisor for that type of loyalty is "I am sorry - Nothing we can do".
I've learned my expensive lesson here, and will spend my money with a company that appreciates the customer. That definitely is not Best Buy.
I would rate the delivery, after sale customer service & return service a zero if it was an option! Purchased 86" TV on 11/7. TV delivered 11/11 and installed 11/11, connected TV to power, does not function, uninstall TV, spend 2.5hrs on chat and phone, eventually get return pickup & replacement delivery scheduled for today 11/14. Delivery window was set between 7am & 1pm, this morning I received an email at 8:49am that driver was on his way, at 9:20am I received an email that TV had been delivered, no delivery or return pickup ever occured! At 12noon I spent another 2.75hrs on phone & chat trying to find out why the delivery & pickup did not happen. No answer given, just rescheduled for 11/21, so that is a 3rd day I need to take off work! I called back to cancel order as I will purchase from another retailer (Costco), told order was cancelled & I would receive an email confirming. Guess what, no email! I check my account online, order has not been cancelled! I guess tomorrow I'll be spending more hours on the phone! BestBuy is a completely disgusting & with zero customer service after purchase! NEVER BUY FROM BESTBUY! Order # ************** if bestbuy want to contact me!
Best Buy is the worst company I have ever dealt with and the customer service is awful. I purchased $3,000 worth of appliances in July and I still haven't seen my fridge, but they charge me for it every month on my Best Buy card! They tell me every few weeks it will be delivered and then 6 hours before it's supposed to be here they say they need to reschedule. Customer service keeps you on hold for hours. They hang up on you all the time. The supervisor refuses to speak to you and apparently there is only one supervisor and no other supervisors or managers. I will be canceling my Best Buy Card and never buying from this place again. I told them I would like to return my microwave and oven since I don't have a matching fridge and they refused.
I purchase a washer and dryer 04/07/2017 and the dry is rusting out already it's unbelievable I can't understand you pay all your hard earn money for a product the is not worth it the style is nice but the buck isn't worth your dollars the name samsung you would think the product is well worth it but at the end of the day you'll be highly unhappy and very much dissatisying
The worst customer service ever experienced. I just spent close to $1700 and the work order isn't the same as the store receipt I've been trying for 4 days to talk to someone and finally got a call center agent and instead of fixing an item on the order, she cancelled the item, stupid. 92 minute call. Today I got another call center agent and he was into trying to change the order and if so the install date would be delayed another week. So I was in the middle of the call and he put me on hold at about 50 minutes and now I look on my phone timer, it's one hour and 41 minutes. I'm hanging up now and tomorrow, even though I'm on a walker, I will go to the store and cancel my order and go across the street to Costco's. When I started my business I bought all our PCs from Best Buy not to mention the $7K Pioneer plaza that I am replacing now. Where's that company now?
Let me just say that I have never written a review about a. Company before. That being said, I can't imagine a situation that would lead me through the doors of Best Buy ever again.
Best Buy missed appointments, and sent people who could not complete the job. To get a replacement dishwasher I was on the phone for over 5 hours. Do not shop here.
We have a 55" tv we purchased 2 months ago that has been totally cutting out after about an hour for over a week now. We took the tv to the Best Buy store but because it was 55" they wouldn't take it stating Geek Squad needed to come out. So we brought it back and called the Geek Squad. We were on hold for over an hour. We used 2 phones to call but still could get through. Once we did get through we were told we would have to call the manufacturer. So 4 hours later we finally got to talk to the manufacturer. When i paid for the tv and the extra support plan at Bestbuy I did not realize we were going to have to "pay for the tv again in our time of sitting waiting for Best Buy to respond! At this point I am very sad how many products I have bought for my home and my business, way more that $100,000, because their customer service is lousy!

We were suppose to have our new refrigerator today, the truck came but the driver thought our driveway was not safe enough because it was wet because of the rain (we're in Seattle area so yeah...!) and they just left without any word.
The the customer service called few minutes after that and said that we had to wait for a DRY DAY! I mean, what? And because I was frustrated about this "solution" she hanged-up on me!
And now, I have to wait 24h to contact them again to have my money back because the status is still "in delivery"...
FYI: we already had 3 deliveries with Best Buy for washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and big Freezer. And one of them was in February with snow... So yeah, Best Buy lost a customer today.
Thank you Best Buy for telling me to buy my new Samsung 75" Q70 TV from Amazon. I spent a hour and a half on the phone trying to get thru to BB just to have him say yes buy it from Amazon, we don't care that you have been a customer for 30 years. By by Best Buy.
On Sep 27,2020, I promptly ordered an open box Samsung Galaxy Active 2 44 inch Watch and two watch bands. The Watch was guaranteed shipment on Sept 29,2020. I only received the Watch bands and noticed online that the Watch was unavailable until Oct 06,2020, or canceled on that date. At that point, I called every day to receive an update because Oct 06,2020, was excessively long to wait for the Watch. Customer service repeatedly assured me that the fulfillment center was trying to locate the Watch in my local area? From Sept 29,2020-Oct 06,2020, I typically got the runaround and hung up on from customer service. And today, all I was offered 10% off on a new order? I don't appreciate what's going on with BestBuy; I'm incredibly disappointed with them. I've been a remarkably valued customer since 2009. I'm undoubtedly looking into taking my business to my PC Richards or elsewhere.
I ordered an expensive appliance on May 31,2020. It's now October, with no delivery. Called again, and now it "may" be delivered November 6? Worst delivery process I ever experienced.
Best Buy website is a lie. The store does discriminate people by looks and no good products are available nowhere. The website has a LOT of bad robots in transaction and the stuff online is overpriced with no good deals like the ones in store.
Update: After speaking with numerous employees and supervisors from other countries about my refund that is nowhere to be found even though I returned an item unopened the same day I received it, they have changed their stories at least 5 times. Now, they say it will take 1 billing cycle to receive my money, so I will have to wait about 6 weeks to be refunded. DO NOT return BestBuy items by UPS. Instead, Buy from Amazon.
I ordered a modem from BestBuy.com and before it arrived, tried to stop delivery (but couldn't) because I found a far better modem on Amazon. Unlike Amazon, BestBuy.com makes returns EXTREMELY difficult and getting your money back takes over a week. Amazon on within hours of shipping. Even though it was unopened, BestBuy needs a week to "process" my return. Amazon is going to put BestBuy out of on-line business, and rightly so. And, what's with a 15-day window instead of 30? Update: I am still trying to get my refund 10 days after sending it back. Now they tell me it may be more15 days. HORRIBLE. Compare that to Amazon, where today I received a $370 refund the moment the UPS driver picked it up. Amazon is SO MUCH BETTER than BestBuy for mail order it's not even measurable.
Went into the store to return a busted printer that was delivered b/c not in stock. I was afraid this was going to happen, just my luck, I guess. Due to the nature of my visit, I was already p/o'd... who doesn't like to waste their time.
The greeter at the door told me where to go and from there I was taken care of by Marco and Brian who both were very helpful and didn't pass me off to anyone else, help with picking out a great printer with 3 day delivery. Keeping my fingers crossed that it's delivered in perfect working cond. Thanks to the 2 young gentlemen, this bead not s painful experience. Thanks guys

Answer: All I can say is that you obviously have been very lucky. I was a dedicated customer for 25 years, however, I would do without before I ever spent another dime in a Best Buy!
Answer: I would write a letter to your state's attorney general. There are laws regarding taking advantage of senior citizens. I would specifically ask for documentation from Best Buy in which your grandmother gave them permission to recycle her 18 month old computer. If they cannot produce that document they may be in very big trouble with the state's attorney general. I would also write the BBB and contact your public officials. This I think would be paramount to theft if your grandmother did not give them permission to recycle her computer. On the flip side of things, ASUS is a very good machine. My son is a computer scientist and swears by ASUS. I have three ASUS machines one of which is over 5 years old and it is a workhorse. Unless something significant happens in the ASUS business world, I will continue to buy ASUS!
