The rings were even way better than the pictures showed. And got the shipment faster than anticipated. The response time is insanely fast and they were so helpful. I would 100% use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Great variety of items, lots of sparkle for an affordable price. Nice to mix in with other fine jewelry for a high end look! The website format is overall great, would be nice to be able to apply a filter based on price to easier to find the right product.

I can't image shopping,, for diamonds without Best Brilliance. Their- excellent blog posts go,, way beyond anything I ever knew about diamonds esp the benefits of lab-grown diamonds. Once I figured out what I was looking for their search engine made it,, very easy to zero in on the perfect stones. After I had things narrowed down their gemologist was nice enough,, to review the stones and help me make a final decision

My first time -ordering from your company, At first I was concerned about ordering jewelry over the internet. I'm not worried now, I received my ring a couple of days ago and it is, everything that the description and picture showed it to be. I was,,also very pleased with the price. Would prefer, if the videos were also recorded from a distance besides close up.

I tried so many jewlery shops in my life, I'm quite a fan of necklaces and bracelets. But I was disappointed with so many shops, just exhausting. There's always something wrong with the service, the selection, the quality, and what have you… It still surprises me that I eventually found that this online shop delivers the best of all. Rating? All these options, on the site made me a bit, overwhelme but the appointment with,Best Brilliance's expert helped me make sense of it all. I just want to mention there were some connectivity issues, on the expert's side, so the meeting was delayed. Besides that, no complaints.

Had some login issues a while back, which was rather annoying. Luckily, their customer service team solved this issue, but it took a while. That said, I'm generally pleased with how they treat me as a customer.

I like their creativity they have some dazzling pieces, of jewelry on their site. That's why it makes me sad they don't have a sufficiently large set of options, in the moissanite section. That's why I reduced a star from their rating. Hope to see more moissanite,rings on their site soon.
