Please never order from this site. Total rip off. I just lost $70 US Dollars. Cannot believe people can cheat like this. The shoes looked great on their web site. They are all moulded plastic not worth even $5. What a scam. Please keep away.

I would caution anyone not to buy from this company. The shoes are not as represented in the pictures, extremely poor quality and in my case not even a matching size. The company do not reply to emails or supply a return address. I was able to get a refund as I went through PayPal and raised a claim. I had to return the shoes with tracking to Singapore to try and get my refund. Luckily I took a photograph of the parcel before posting. Tracking said "Attempted delivery" several times then eventually the shoes were returned to me. Meanwhile PayPal granted me a full refund together with return postage because I had done everything I could and uploaded all the evidence including photographs to the PayPal resolution centre. I only hope PayPal do a thorough investigation and withdraw their services as this company is just a scam outfit. If you paid with a credit card you have little chance of a refund.
Purchased tri colour sandals, they were made of plastic... wrong size. Emailed company five times and no reply... sent back to address shown for refund and have not heard again. PayPal not interested and refused my resolution. Company now have my money, the shoes and I am out of pocket for postage. Don't buy from them.
Took forever to get the sandal, they were very poorly made, insole was all crimped and not glued down the size was way off, too big or wide, and wrong color. For $40.00 It was not worth it. Tried emailing them and they did email me back to say send pictures which I did and never heard from them again.
Please don't buy in this company. My experience with the sandal is terrible; I can't walk with it. My overall rating is "0"
These shoes are made of plastic and do not resemble the pictures as seen on line for ordering. I will not waste more money sending them back to China. The value of shoes on package for customs is $5.00. Even that seems high for the quality. I paid $65.00 with shipping and it took 7 weeks to arrive.
Don't order shoes from this company. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from the Best Walk website over a week ago. They charged my credit card already, but I never received a notice about shipping or a tracking number. I have sent them several emails asking for information about the status of my order and for a tracking number but they haven't responded to any of my emails. I can't find a phone number to talk to anyone. I'm going to call my credit card company to see if I can get my money back.
Please don't waste your money. Material is hard & cheap. To get a refund you send the shoes to China? Beware! Total ripoff
What everyone else said. The shoes are not as shown and customer service is non existent. I had to get my cc to get the charge reversed.
The shoes we received were very low quality, just plastic/cardboard rubbish which looked as though they would fall apart very quickly and certainly not in accordance with the advertising or price. I tried to contact the company to return them but despite my several emails, no replies received. Avoid this company like the plague
I bought a pair of orthopedic tricolored sandals from their website. I paid $49 for something that looks like it's from a dollar store. They sent the wrong size. When I complained, I was told to send a video. They said I could ship them back at my expense ( to China). They stopped returning my emails when I demanded a refund. Total scam company, disguised on a credible looking website!
I found these same shoes on ebay for $2-3. Cheap imitation of shoe. Has not responded to emails for returns. This site looked so legit. They are based through Spotify? Their website says that they have a guaranteed 30 day return but not on SALE items, but ALL the products are on sale! I have filed a complaint with the FTC and my credit card company.
I ordered sandals from this Best-walk website and was sent sandals that look like they were made using duct tape and cardboard! When I tried to reach out to their customer service, I got a message that no one was available. I also received an email asking me not to " spam" them and that my concern will be addressed ASAP. Do not buy! I'm disappointed in "buzzfeed" for advertising for this company. They need to vet their advertisers better.
This is a scam! The website states "Customer Support 24/7", not so. There is no customer support. None! If you call, there is no one answering the phone. They didn't even bother to record a human voice greeting. In reply to my one and only email asking if my order has shipped, I got a reply asking to make sure I don't send more then one email per day: "Please help us serve you better by not spamming our inbox." No answer about my order.
This website is a joke! Their "orthopedic shoes" are nothing but cardboard covered in colored plastic. I have been going back and forth with their customer service and they won't give you any return instructions. They stall by asking for videos of the shoes? I'll probably never get my money back, but I'm sure as hell going to try.
Back on 7/7/19 I purchased a pair of Sandals for $44.94 I never received a tracking number as of today I still haven't received them I have texted, emailed over& over again called there number left 3 messages no one ever returned my calls. Can someone help me with this and give a phone number that works so I can talk to a live person. I have proof with my C/C statement of purchase and I would like a tracking # for order #BW*******. I told them yesterday in a email if I didn't hear from someone I was going post my concern on F/B and report them to the BBB
I purchased this pair of shoes. https://best-walk.com/products/bestwalk-orthopedic-premium-toe-corrector-sandals. They sent the wrong size. Their return policy states you have 30 days to return the item however they didn't include a packing slip, order number or anything with instructions on how or where to return them. I have tried 8 times to contact them via the customer support number on their site, through the "contact us" email on their website and I have even tried their Facebook page. I can't get them to respond to me.
I cancelled my orders they sent me the sandals in any event (THEY WERE DAMAGED, SPLIT AND STUCK TOGETHER. They would not return my money even though I returned them with a tracking number. Do not buy any of their shoes they are a bunch of scheisters and should not be allowed to sell this substandard product AND SHOULD BE PROSECUTED FOR STEALING EVEN THOUGH THEY TOUT IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED THEY WILL RETURN YOUR MONEY. WARNING
The sizing is way off. I want to exchange my shoes but they don't answer the phone and email got one response that didn't give instructions. They are the very worst company. Oh and I would have to ship the shoes to Thailand, so there's that added expense. They are ripping off America!
Answer: They ignore all contacts by phone or e-mail and obviously have no customer support even though they say 24/7.
Answer: Since their return policy states the customer is responsible for return postage and that it can take weeks for them to process your return... AND. That "sale" items can't be returned, your best bet is to donate what you bought and warn others not to buy from this site.
Answer: I received the pair of shoes I ordered 6 weeks later. However, I never received the refund for the second pair of shoes I cancelled. I was charge for those, but did not receive anything in return for that money nor a refund. They ripped me off and got away with it because too much energy has been spend trying to retrieve this.
Answer: They have been responsive, but there response is always the same: a refund was issued. Well, a refund may have been issued on paper, but I have never received a refund, so there may be a disconnect between their billing staff and their customer service staff. But, that's not my problem. Obviously, I will not order from them again. And, I will warn as many people as I can to not order from them and to not order from Companies overseas, because there is no proper resolution if something goes wrong. They may be responsive, but I would rather not give them twice as much money for one pair of shoes again. They can keep my money but I will never order from them again and every chance I get I will warn others to beware.
Answer: The shoes look similar but of poor quality and not on the shoe bed as shown on the website. No brand marking and overall shoddy workmanship
Answer: Send your shoes to address in China. Best Walk will send you the address. Very expensive. All these shoes are being distributed thru other names.
