NO SUPPORT as advertised. Poor quality. Returns are ridiculous. Yes, I agree with other reviews. A BIG RIP OFF! What you would expect for lack of quality in Chinese products.
The shoes I purchased were advertised as having a 3-arch support system, which is why I bought them. Not only were the shoes I received made of terribly cheap materials, there was no arch! None. Not even one small bump in the insole resembling an arch - much less 3! When I reached out to customer service to return these shoes for faulty construction and advertising I was told I had to shoulder the expense of shipping them back to China to get a refund, or take a 20% refund and keep the shoes. I think this is their gimmick. Relying on the chance the customer doesn't want to go through the trouble and additional expense of the return. At least in the end they get 20% of the price of the shoe (which wasn't cheap), a shoe that probably cost less than a dollar to make - that's how cheap and flimsy these shoes are. I'm sending them back and hoping I get a refund. I've demanded a full refund plus the cost of the shipping... not hopeful this business and their customer service will do the right thing...
A total scam. BestWalk advertised comfortable shoes and used photos which presented the shoes in a very favorable way. They looked like good quality shoes but they were the worst I've ever seen. Not even worthy of Dollar Store merchandise. I emailed immediately to return them and was told to take a 20% refund or return the shoes to China at my expense. I wish I had used PayPal because I'm out $70 since my credit card company won't do anything to help. DO NOT buy anything from BestWalk. Calling their merchandise junk is being kind! Complete crooks.
These shoes are the biggest ripoff ever. They're so poorly made, provide no support(someone said it was like walking on a piece of cardboard), and slip off and on your foot with no way to tighten the straps. Their answer to returning the shoes is to take a 20% refund or return the shoes to CHINA at my expense. I'm so sorry I didn't read these reviews before buying.
The shoes that arrived were terrible cardboard/plastic quality and totally misrepresented. I paid by PayPal who were great. They found a return address in Singapore and I returned the shoes, trouble was the Singapore address did't exist but PayPal refunded my money and the freight, I could not speak highly enough of PayPal, my suggestion is never uses a credit card for internet purchases, you have protection with PayPal. Best Walk is just a site selling very cheap plastic/cardboard shoes from China at high pricing with misleading advertising. There is no customer support, they don't answer emails or their phone
I canceled an order w/i hours of placing it. I was told I would be refunded w/i 5-10 business days. When 10 business days arrived w/ no refund, I contacted the company. I was then told it takes 5-20 business days. I checked their website to verify, the website states 5-10 business days. I can get no response from them other than thanking me for my "patience". There are many other, much more reputable companies to order shoes from. Don't risk your money trying this one.
Do not purchase shoes from this company unless you want to pay cost to return the shoes, in my case, two pairs that are to small, UNLESS you want to pay charges to ship back to CHINA! They do not disclose in their return policy that they "have warehouses everywhere" but they do not have to disclose, so they say!
Very nasty Customer Service Reps, and as far as they are concerned, either you pay the return shipping to China, or your tough luck! WRONG!

This is the worst place to buy shoes from they look nothing like their photos. In order to return them they must be sent back to china which costs more than these cheap knock offs cost!. Do not waste your money!.
I purchased two pair of shoes from best walk. They looked great in the picture and they claimed they were great for foot problems. Somehow Pay pal ended up with two transactions each with the two pair of shoes I ordered. I files a complaint with them but Best Walk never responded. I tried to cancel one of the orders with best walk through email. The first response was that they only showed one order. I emailed them a picture of the Pay pal statements showing clearly that they received two payments of 79.98. The next email from a different customer service person said they did have two orders and that they had shipped so I would need to return one when it arrived. No where in their website does it show that the shoes will be coming from China. It took forever for them to come. When they did they were so uncomfortable and no way near worth the price. I had to email them a picture of the shoes which I did, along with the statements from Pay pal. They authorized me to send them back. Also they came without any packing list. I went to the post office and it was going to cost $80.00 to ship the 4 pair back. I decided at this point to learn a hard lesson and forget it. I emailed them back stating that I think they are a joke. They originally offered me a 20% refund if I would keep the shoes even though I did not like them. They did email me and say they approved one 20% refund not two. So I donated lots of money to them and they are horrible. Another thing is I asked them several times to call me not email me so I could discuss the issue. Never happened. It's called avoidance in the first degree.
Worst shoes I ever bought. The shoes I received looked nothing like the picture in quality. The shoes I received must be made by children. The stitches are so crooked. I have bought better shoes from the drug shoes.
They advertise the most comfortable walking shoe and I was sold with the photos. They look like genuine leather and comfortable. I received a month later after ordering and they are not anything like the photos. The shoes look very cheap like I purchased from the dollar store. The stichting was not even, I had dent marks on the side of the heel, arrived in plastic like you would get a toy in and the return policy is unacceptable. I paid over $30 for the shoe, I expected quality leather. As soon as I received, I sent an email and told them I wanted to return. They stated I had to take a picture of the item and they would have to approve the return. Really? After approved I have to pay for shipping back to China. It was going to cost $25.00 for shipping I sent a pair to a friend for her birthday, so embarrassing. I am out $70.00 for both pairs of shoes.
All the other reviews for Bestwalk are true. Please don't make the same mistake I did. It took 3 weeks to receive 2 pairs of shoes. I tried them a couple of times, wrote to the company to tell them what garbage they were, and they actually responded with 2 choices: either return them at my own cost, or get a 20% refund. I chose the latter and will donate these shoes to a homeless shelter, although I feel badly about giving away these shoes to anyone. They are little more than a house slipper or basic $5 espadrille, no support, no labels or size marked. Buyer beware! Stay clear of this so-called company, where these so-called "shoes" are no doubt made in a sweatshop by workers who get paid next to nothing. Disgusting.
I bought 3 pairs returned 2 pairs cause the third pair I wore it outside and it had dust mark on it. For returning the 2 pairs, I had to pay $23 and the return address was China.
It took 6 week for delivery... the shoes are POOR quality and very unstable to walk with I twisted my ankle just walking around the house.
Shoes were ordered because of the claim of comfort for Plantar Fasciitis; comfort couldn't be further from the truth. Cost was WAAAAAAY beyond the physical value of the materials and construction, and the comfort is non-existent. They are dollar tree shoes! They should have cost $1. In addition, the refund policy (after a LONG initial shipping time) is that you have to return them UNOPENED (so you can't TELL how bad they are) and pay for the shipping--which is likely the majority of the cost of the item, since they were shipped from China! TERRIBLE PRODUCTS--YOU WILL REGRET THIS PURCHASE!
I order 4 items none of which even resemble the photo on Bestwalk as they are the most cheaply made shoes I've ever seen. My option to return them was to pay "significant shipping back to China - they did indeed arrive directly to me from China - or I could keep all the product and they would give me a 20% credit". I opted for the later as I was so furious at the amount of misleading. I am even embarrassed to give them to GoodWill that is how bad they are. PLEASE read reviews before purchasing from them. There is a reason you cant leave reviews on their sight.
I saw pictures of sandals on their website. Looked like great orthopedic sandals and half price at tha!. Ordered them, some orthotics that looked good, and a leg pillow. Found the sandals on Amazon for a fraction of the price and let them know immediately.
5 weeks later I get my package. The sandals and orthotics are a joke.
Guess what, I can take pictures, get a green light from them and I can then send them back to China. What a joke $$$$$$$$$ back to China. I'm calling my VISA card company. Sandals look like two pieces of cardboard.
This company should not be allowed to operate. Not only do they sell the worst shoes ever made, but they have ZERO customer service. I tried and tried to return these awful shoes and it's impossible. Unless you want to spend money needlessly, stay away from this company. I've never had an experience this bad.
I purchased the Roxy flat bottom shoesand they are not what they are touted to be
I purchased the Roxy flat bottom shoes listed for $100 and on sale at $49.99.
I think I purchased the worst shoes ever. I took them apart as they are so uncomfortable. The material is hard and feels like card board. The sole looks as if it has padding but when I took it apart and removed the insole I found that the sole is less than 1/16" and flat cardboard that has fabric glued to it. Absolutely NO arch support in sight. The bottom sole has some ridges in the top that is supposed to give the support but it is also super thin and light goes right through it.
I have sent an email to customer service 3 days ago and have not received a response.
This company is not located in the US and although they tout 100% guarantee of satisfaction when no one responds it is just false advertising.
Do yourself a favor and skip these shoes and the company that sells them.
Sandals are nothing like advertisement. Made of cheap plastic. Finally heard back from my emails. Return to China for refund. Postage $55 so obviously not worth it. The shoes are complete rubbish.
It took about 7 week to get my order (told it would be 3 to 4 weeks) When I received it, it was a size 9 and I ordered 7 l/2. Tried to contact them, received no reply. It was a rather expensive shoe, and wasn't what I expected. Wasn't near as good looking as the picture showed.
Answer: They ignore all contacts by phone or e-mail and obviously have no customer support even though they say 24/7.
Answer: Since their return policy states the customer is responsible for return postage and that it can take weeks for them to process your return... AND. That "sale" items can't be returned, your best bet is to donate what you bought and warn others not to buy from this site.
Answer: I received the pair of shoes I ordered 6 weeks later. However, I never received the refund for the second pair of shoes I cancelled. I was charge for those, but did not receive anything in return for that money nor a refund. They ripped me off and got away with it because too much energy has been spend trying to retrieve this.
Answer: They have been responsive, but there response is always the same: a refund was issued. Well, a refund may have been issued on paper, but I have never received a refund, so there may be a disconnect between their billing staff and their customer service staff. But, that's not my problem. Obviously, I will not order from them again. And, I will warn as many people as I can to not order from them and to not order from Companies overseas, because there is no proper resolution if something goes wrong. They may be responsive, but I would rather not give them twice as much money for one pair of shoes again. They can keep my money but I will never order from them again and every chance I get I will warn others to beware.
Answer: The shoes look similar but of poor quality and not on the shoe bed as shown on the website. No brand marking and overall shoddy workmanship
Answer: Send your shoes to address in China. Best Walk will send you the address. Very expensive. All these shoes are being distributed thru other names.
