Please don't buy! Best walk is fake! Spam! Scam! Wasted my money on these ugly sandals! I wish I would of read the reviews! I would give it a 0 stars but doesn't let me! All these reviews are true I experienced the same thing! Please DON'T PURCHASE from BESTWALK!

Do not buy from any of these sites. I've trued several to get crappy shoes worth 5 dollars I paid 69.00 for I'm so mad.

DO NOT deal with this company.If you have any problems with your order you will not get your money back.As soon as you ask for a refund they stop communicating with you. There is no way to get your money back. Disgraceful.

I learned my lesson to check INDEPENDENT reviews (such as this site) before ordering. I am working with PayPal now but suspect, based on other reviews that getting a full refund is going to be difficult.

I am still working the process so I optimistically said I wasn't sure about their refund policy.

Compare what I received to what is pictured on their site. They only are getting one star because zero was not an option.

I reached out to this company. They state the shoe were shipped to OPA Locke Fl, however the product has never been shipped to me. TRACKING NUMBER IS NO HELP. The bottom line is you will probably never get you order and definitely get ripped off for your money.

These sandals are NOT orthopedic, are not well contructed. Bad material, poor looking quality. COMPLETE SCAM. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. You will be loosing your money. I asked to return them but I never heard from them, They are so bad, I was ashamed to show them to anyone.

Steer clear of this scam. The shoes are not how they appear and customer service is non-existent. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing and you will get very frustrated trying to resolve any issues with your order. While I was on my yahoo account I saw an enticing ad for cute shoes, clicked on it and proceeded to place an order. As I did so, a popup appeared asking if I wanted to order a second pair for discount. I wanted to take a closer look at the shoes before deciding and clicked on the image of the shoes and my credit card was charged for a second pair of shoes that were 3 sizes too small and in a color I didn't like or choose. I immediately requested a refund and set about to contact the company which wasn't easy. The only way was through email. I never received a refund for the second pair of shoes although they insisted a refund was issued. The pair I did order finally came 6 weeks later, but, were nothing as pictured or described. I basically wasted my hard earned cash and valuable time. And, learned a costly lesson: Never Again order from unfamiliar companies I can't contact easily. I hate to say this, but companies overseas where English is not their native tongue, stick to a script and it's very difficult to communicate with their customer service staff.

I think after so many reviews someone should do something about it. I bought a pair of shoes for $40 and they sent a size that no-one uses. They said if I send the shoes back out of my pocket, they will refund a percentage of my money. How much will it cost it to china? To make me feel better they have the shoes now on sale for $16.00. Best Walk is putting their hands on our pockets and no-one is doing anything. Although it is ideal, it should not be necessary to check all the reviews before buying something.

Saw the cutest bow sandals on their site. Adorable. When they came they appeared to be made of felt and would be impossible to wear. I paid 105 for 3 pair. Theres no contact. They finally answered by email. Said they would refund a small amount. Never refunded a dime. Take a pair of scissors and cut up a 100 dollar bill and save yourself the grief. My first internet burn. Plus you have to pay a bank fee because they come from china!. My next burn was ascozy aka printabel. First clue they did not spell it right. Run from them too. Wow stupid me. Rating is a minus

I was mislead by all the spectacular reviews on the Best Walk site and failed to check the internet to find actual true reviews. Like everyone else I have to agree their products are total cheap crap. I ordered two pairs of sandals for Christmas and boy did I get a Christmas surprise when they arrived. Their products look so good on their site and the only similarity to items received is the color. The straps are cheap plastic the soles have no orthopedic support and they have a noxious glue smell. I had to put them out of the room for fear of being asphyxiated by the fumes. Stay away from Best Walk! If anyone knows a way to create a popup on their site to deter future customers they should build it. A complete waste of money and the only option is to take a loss returning them or take a loss with the 20% credit, which I took and half expect not to every receive.
