I ordered berries based on the photographs on the website - don't be fooled.
The photos on the website show beautiful berries with a little red at the top and the green stem attached. What I received was a brown melting chocolatey mess - no red strawberry showing - no green stem at the top - these are really just a horrible mess.
Don't waste your money - these are horrible.

Extremely poor customer service! Informed operator and manager that I could find info about berry toppings online as my Gf has a nut allergy. Kept trying to sell me an arrangement with nuts. Do not give this business your business. They should close their doors.

Epic Fail... again

Would prefer to give less than 1/2 star but not an option. In 4 years, have ordered 3 times for a special February birthday. They have never delivered as purchased. 1st time didn't show up on guaranteed date. Skipped a year, 2nd time received 2 identical orders within an couple of hours - spent too much time on the phone trying to ensure I wasn't double billed. This year the box arrives on time, but had been opened, strawberries eaten, card replaced and resealed and delivered by FedEx. It would have been better to have "lost" the shipment than to deliver an empty box with strawberry and chocolate residue in the container. Not sure where the breakdown in the process was, but 3 fails out of 3 attempts, shame on me! I'm done with this vendor.

Don't Order

I ordered the Valentines day two day delivery special flowers one day and strawberries the next day, boy was I hit with charges! The special was $49.99. After it was all said and entered the cost was $126.00. They charged two delivery fees, the vase was not included (that was another charge)... plus you must pay extra to have it delivered by 5pm. (in other words when everyone is at work you pay extra). Never again... lesson learned!

SCAM! HIDDEN CHARGES!

Ordered a half dozen ended up being $56 almost $30 more than what was posted was not itemize so I did not realize I was getting myself into that call to cancel could not understand a word they said and they were very rude going to wait and see if they actually give me my money back I should've read the reviews before ordering specially on Google maps

This company uses the likes of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and other Alt Right White Supremacist and Islamophobic news media brands to advertise their products, through the use of affiliate marketing links and such. They are, indirectly, helping fund the alt right news media opperations of division, racism and xenophobia. I could never bring myself to eat or recommend any food which contains so much negative energy in it. If you oppose fascism, racism and bigotry, do not buy this product. Every sale they make helps promote the white supremacist agenda of racial hatred and xenophobia. This is deplorable, indeed.

I ordered the five days of romance For Valentine's Day. The offer and also the customer service representative on the phone with whom I placed the order Said deliveries would be Friday Saturday Monday Tuesday which is Valentine's Day and Wednesday. After they took my money My email confirmation stated that they would be delivering 2 of the orders on Monday Skipping Valentine's Day And delivering the final item on Wednesday. Kind of ruined the whole surprise I had going on. Calls to customer service didn't fix my problem. I will never order from these people again. Get it together sherries berries

Be very careful of the barrage of hidden charges that comes close to tripling the misleading "special" price. Check the total carefully before committing to buy. Don't know why these companies can't just be straight forward with their shipping and guaranteed delivery date charges.

Not Worth The Money

This was my third order placed with this company. Never had a problem before. This order was a dozen strawberries to my dad and two dozen to my house. They were the tiniest strawberries I have ever seen. They didn't even fill half the spot in the container. To top it off they were broken and no cold pack was used. So they were melting and wet. After looking at the website it says cold pack used when they see fit. Really? 35 dollars shipping and you don't use a cold pack on perishable foods? I am assuming being a few days away from Valentine's Day they are rushing orders out. Still that's no excuse. You lost a customer. I will never waste my money again on this company.

I do not do business with companies that are not transparent. I will not EVER provide my Paypal account information or Credit Card number UNTIL I SEE A FINAL PRICE that includes Shipping and Handling.

It's no wonder these folks can continue to advertise on mega radio stations. They are fleecing the customers just to pay for their ads!

Crooked Shipping Scam...

Ordered this morning for my daughter using the microphone code from a radio ad. Discount was not applied. Ordered the $19.99 special, which included only six strawberries. I upgraded to six more, and then completed my order, but not before being barraged with about a half-dozen prompts to upgrade to this or that. It was clear they are pushing to trick customers into choosing extras. After completing the transaction, I was shocked to see the starting price had risen to almost $50.00 due to high price up upgrading to 12 berries and a $15.00 shipping fee. I promptly cancelled and explained that I was a first time and last time customer who doesn't do business with crooks.

Terrible online experience. They do not honor what they advertise even with discounts codes from radio station promo, and the website is very hard to use without ending up with a sale whether con firmed or not. Never again.
I immediately called after placing my order and cancelled it, if they cannot even honestly apply their offers then wonder if the food is SAFE?
This almost smells of purposeful scam... wonder how many people let them get away with it.

Where do I start? As if being an heir to the Tupperware industry isn't stressful enough, I am also a mother to 4 beautiful children (who are also heirs to the Tupperware industry!) Over the years this has really put strain on my marriage to an incredibly successful, gorgeous man. I've been showered with lavish gifts my entire life: cars, jewelry, flowers, servants and yachts (just to name a few!) I've never been truly happy though, and thanks to Shari's berries, I now know why. While expensive gifts might be nice for a few hours, the generic materialism lacks the real essence of life: creativity. Last Valentine's Day my husband got me a exactly what a real man should get a woman, and our love life has completely turned around. I was in complete shock to open a gift filled with chocolate covered strawberries. How was I married to this man for so long without knowing the true depth of his creativity? I may never know the answer, but I do know that there is nothing more creative in the world than giving a loved one the gift of Shari's berries.

I want to rate your company a -100 stars but it was not listed. I have ordered one other time and had no issue. I ordered today and the site did not apply the discount code that was listed on the site. When I went to put it in, the site jumped to order complete then I couldn't find what I was charged. I called customer service where I encountered a nightmare of frustration with customer service. I had to call back three times. I thought I was unable to hear the rep due to a bad connection, it ended up that the reps broken English was so undecipherable that I guessed at what she might be trying to say. After an hour of comple the frustration with this conversation, the rep got across that the discount could not be applied because it was expired. I told her it was the one from the site. Then she said she would check. She said she couldn't apply the discount because my order shipped. I called almost immediately after I ordered. I am very, highly disappointed with my whole experience.The amount my order came to after the ordeal was 66.00 approx. How is that justifiable for 6 strawberries and two or three tiny cakes... Tell me! This is my very last time ordering from this company. Take me off your mailing list. I will be spreading the word with my experience.

Holding My Breath...

That at least the product will be up to an acceptable standard when it is delivered to my daughter later this week for her birthday. I agree with the other reviews here that this is a bait and switch operation. They do not reveal the shipping cost until you reach the very end of the transaction. I almost didn't place the order because of the exorbitant cost. But then I rationalized that it was for my daughter and she loves chocolate-covered strawberries. Afterwards, I realized that I made a mistake on the delivery date and should have specified delivery a day earlier. Good luck dealing with their India-outsourced customer service operation. It was one of the most frustrating customer service calls ever... bad connection, poor communication skills... I was so frustrated having to repeat myself over and over again that I had to turn over the phone to my wife who, God bless her, endured the tedious conversation. After 1/2 an hour, the solution offered to us was to cancel the order and reorder with no increase in cost. So our card was charged a second time and we are supposed to be receiving a credit for the original order. After hanging up, we realized that they did not apply the 15% promo code we had used (today they're offering a 20% discount). So we had to call back and go through the whole excruciating process again with an equally inept customer service rep. Another 1/2 hour wasted. So our card was charged a third time; now have to follow our bank statement closely and make sure that we are credited for both the first and second orders. I'm holding my breath that at lease the product is up to standard. If it is not, I will be demanding a full refund and will post a follow up to this scathing review.

Shipping is ridiculous!

This is a local company, but the shipping costs are a rip off! I ordered 10 days in advance of valentines day and the shipping charges were as much as the berries! I ordered 2 of the $29.99 berry dozen and the shipping was $25. Each order. Thats $50. To send a small package locally... I wont be ordering again... they are taking advantage.

Shipping ripoff

First time trying to order I was shocked to find Shari's really sticking it to customers with outrageous shipping fees.
Let me get this straight. 14.99 to deliver on February 14th but an additional 9.99 to guarantee it? Or 9.99 for February 13th delivery but again, 9.99 to guarantee that. I've never witnessed a shipping charge that varies depending on the day WITH a guarantee fee. Outrageous! Oh, did I mention the 3.99 rural delivery fee. So my 24.99 order including tax exceeds $55 bucks. No thanks. I'll buy my wife a $50 Macys card that she'll get more use out of.

I tried to order SB a year ago and was upset that the pricing and add on costs were not disclosed to the end. Cancelled the order. I tried again this year forgetting about my previous experience only to be reminded of the shipping charges not being added on until the end (it was unclear if they would be added). Also, entered the promotion code and it all got added in at the end. I called, got 10% off (we will see if that happens) as opposed to 20%. Decided to take the offer to see how good the product was. I do not plan to do business with them again. Their business practices are deceiving. I hope others boycott their brand.
