A TOTAL RIP OFf

I already expressed my feelings towards this PIRATE business and the inferior product I received and ask them to remove my name and email from their contact lists. They said they were sorry and that they were sending another replacement order. WELL, didn't get that and still getting SPAM MESSAGES wanting my business on "special" deals. I am done with these people, I want them to go away. Now it's harrasment.

Don't Do It

My husband ordered the roses and chocolate covered strawberries and paid extra to have them delivered on Valentine's Day. They didn't get delivered until a day late, the strawberries are small and nothing special, the roses not as good as what I can get at the grocery store for $9.99. Spoke to customer service on Valentine's Day but the person didn't speak good enough english for us to get our point across. Never Again!

Not worth the price

The chocolate covered strawberries were really small and way too pricey. I feel bad my husband wasted his money on them. I honestly didn't care for them. My local grocery store had them for Valentines Day and they were twice as big and half the price and they tasted so much fresher!

Advertisers on radio say the berries are HUGE! Not so. Even below average in size. Prices are outrageous for what you get! I'll get mine from Peterbrooke from now on! For 3 dozen berries@ $250, I'll go local from now on! Lesson learned!

Overpriced, not worth it

2 dozen dipped strawberries were late. They were disgusting and cost me 62$. Definitely not worth it and they could care less about your complaints. That's if you get someone who speaks English.

Not What I Expected

The ordered arrived on time but they didn't look good & were warm! Didn't think it safe to eat either. I called Vustomer Service, on hold 18 minutes & the representative kept saying she couldn't hear me - yeah right. I was angry. I got an email today from berries.com apologizing & giving a full refund which is what I expected. It's possible the packaging leaked keeping them cold but I was pleased with the company for making it right.

I ordered the owl cookie bouquet and although they were adorable, they tasted absolutely gross. Almost, like a mixture of salt and baking powder, almost like they didnt mix the batter well. Definetly not worth the money!

The strawberries were no better than I could get at my local Nebraska Walmart. I was expecting huge, sweet California berries. The chocolate was just ok. It was difficult to eat together due to chocolate cracking and falling off the berry. I ordered the cherries and that was even worse. I could of bought a store bought bottle of maraschino cherries and dipped them in Hershey's syrup. Anyways way overpriced for the quality. Never again

Ordered half dozen choc dipped strawberries w/ 4 chocolate covered oreos. Paid extra for guaranteed delivery by valentines day. They did not deliver the oreos and I get a call from my wife saying that some of the strawberries were rotten under the chocolate! Never buying from this service again and mad enough to post a review to warn others of my experience

I placed an advanced order for Valentine's Day. Cost me $70. Gave the full name of business, recipients name, office number, cell number... you name it. The order was delivered to some one else entirely... never made it to where it was going. Called, they could care less. All they kept saying was it was signed for by Victor. I was trying to explain... they didn't care. Wouldn't issue credit, just wanted to send something again. Valentine's Day was YESTERDAY folks... doesn't really count tomorrow, does it? $70 for strawberries and crap service. Don't waste your time.

Not worth the $$$

Ordered for my wife for Valentines Day. Delivery was fine. Berries, not so much. I paid for a full dozen plus shipping plus extra for next day total of about $78.00!
I have heard the radio adds for years about the size of the berries and how fantastic they were... very disappointed. Very average size berries. They did not even fit properly into the holder. They were way smaller than the holder!
The taste was fine just NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
For $80 I was expecting something more than what I could have gone to my local PUBLIX and gotten for way less than half the price.

Awful

Still no valentine for my wife, 24hrs later... will never use/recommend Shari's Berries to anybody for any reason. I paid $50 for 18 pieces of chocolate to be delivered on 2/14, you would think that would mean it is a guaranteed delivery, but apparently you need to pay the extra $25 if you want it to be 'extra' guaranteed?

Failed to Deliver

I placed an order to be delivered on Valentines day and They did not deliver. It was impossible to get in touch with them due to their high volume of telephone calls. I emailed them and still waiting to hear back. They had no problem charging my debit card. They did not fulfill there contract. I will not use this service again

I ordered candies to be delivered (paying extra) on Valentine's Day.
The day of, they updated they site to say it was going to be delivered
The day AFTER... unacceptable.
I won't use them again for a major holiday, otherwise they have great product.

Hot mess

My sweet working college student thought a nice Valentine treat would be SBerries. My order came promptly on VD. Inside was a disastrous mess of mangled berries in sweaty holders. Obviously not packaged well, these were not what she spent her hard earned money on. I tried several times to call and complain, but the wait times were too long.

BAD Packaging!

Ordered a dozen berries for my daughter in LA for Valentine's Day, as I have done for 5 years now. She texted a picture last night, & I was horrified that the box was bright ORANGE with a BROWN ribbon! Halloween for Valentine's Day? Reeeaally? Cost me $50 with shipping. What a rip off! Buh bye, Shari's Berries! :(

Overcharged!

Do not order from them! I was charged an additional $49.97 to change a delivery address! When I called to change it I was told they reduced my charges not told I would pay an additional fee of $49.97 on top of 58.96 for my order! Ridiculous! I'm very displeased!

My wife came home from work on Valentine's day with no surprise Shari's Berries. FedEx failed the delivery and both companies failed to notify me. Both companies are complete let downs.

Wish I read the reviews before wasting hard earned money. Berries were completely thawed, and soured. Not edible. Waiting to see if they will refund money.
