My husband purchased Sheri's Berries for me and completed the transaction. Well, they added a Passport membership to the order without my husband knowing. When he saw the total of $54 for 12 Strawberries he was in shock. He looked at the receipt and 1800Flowers had added it on!
He immediately tried to cancel online and it would not let him cancel or modify the order. So he then called the number and that's where the true nightmare begins! OMG you get a person in Malaysia or Asia working from their house. You can literally hear roosters crowing! You can hardly understand the person and they can't even cancel the Passport portion! My husband went through 5 people and then I had to call on my phone to get someone! After an hour that we will never get back, they finally cancelled the order! They should be out of business and reported to the BBB. Do Not I RePeat Do Not order from this company unless you enjoy being scammed and losing an hour out of your life!
Horrible business!

Absolutely delicious!

I wish I had thought to take a picture before I devoured these delicious Chocolate Covered Strawberries. I received for my birthday and I enjoyed them immensely! They were packed very well, including an ice pack to keep them perfect. I hope I'll receive these again and again! Thank you for an absolute, delicious treat!

I have never been more disappointed
I will NEVER order from Shari's Berries again
Poor quality and service- said they would deliver specific date (paid extra) - did not deliver
When's speaking to customer service they promised delivery on different date- did not occur
I cancelled my $70 order
My other order did get delivered ($70) very poor quality!
VERY POOR RATING! Would NOT order from this company if you want good product and on time promised delivery
I would give ZERO stars but would not let me submit unless I selected at least one- which they DO NOT deserve

I placed an order on-line through Shari's Berries for a Saturday delivery, paid extra, even spoke to someone on Saturday and was guaranteed the delivery would happen. Guess what! It didn't.

I called customer service and they said we will refund your delivery fee and deliver next Saturday! Happy Easter to my kids! Really! Offered a 20 credit for their conglomerate of companies. I will never place an order again from any of their companies!

Terrible Business

This company is making edible arrangements company look very bad. I understand If it's bad weather but to be lied to about delivery. That's just BAD. I was in the house ALL DAY. I received and email stating it was a delivery attempt. Companies that practice this type business., should not be able to process payments until the items are delivered.

Incompetent delivery person

My experience with this company was absolutely awful. Do not purchase from them! They will ruin your day!
I paid extra for a delivery on a certain day. The delivery never arrived. I rescheduled for a week later.
The delivery driver was so incompetent they could not follow basic instructions on the building call box to get into the building. The recipient of the gift tried giving the driver instructions and they refused to listen. They later texted the recipient of my gift to call them rude. Very unprofessional.
They finally delivered the next day after they ruined everything. Do not purchase from them. I am telling everyone I know.

Poor product

We received 6 chocolate covered berries as a get well gift. The day before we had received some from edible arrangements. Shari's were terrible. The berries were not fresh and the chocolate nearly tasteless. Threw the rest away. Edible's were so much better. Also, Shari's had way too much packaging. What a waste. Do not buy Shari's!

Moldy Berries

My husband and I received a gift from friends from Shari's Berries. The berries were completely moldy. I called customer service only to be told they would refund my friends but not send a replacement. My friends were appalled as they wanted us to have a gift since my husband's father had just passed away. We really appreciated the thought and didn't really have a desire for chocolate covered strawberries during this difficult time, but felt it should be known the risks of dealing with this failing company.

PRICES ARE INSANE

It's sad that these people want to sell you a 1/2 dozen strawberries for $29.99! I can go to a local shop and buy a dozen for $30. They are also easy to make. Then the service is atrocious, and the product is measly at best. Shame, Shame, Shame on this company for ripping people off!

Made me look bad.

Placed an order for strawberries to be delivered today as a birthday / anniversary gift days in advance but no delivery was ever made of my order, customer service can't reach the retailer who was supposed to deliver my order to find out why it wasn't delivered, now on top of that I have to wait 1 to 2 billing cycles to be refunded my money. Very unacceptable!

I ordered strawberries on Friday, and now it's Monday, and still no strawberries. I paid the 15 extra dollars for the next-day delivery. The only reason I chose this place is that I got confirmation it would be delivered for the next day... NOT OKAY... You shouldn't take orders if you can't deliver the product on time. I'll never recommend you guys to anyone SHAME ON YOU

My mom and I received Shari's Berries from my sister and her family for Valentines 2022 and they came broken and yellow. The others were horrible. First I emailed them with a picture and never got a reply. Then I called them. I was offered a 50% refund or they could send out a replacement order and also send her $20 off her next order, so I said I would take a replacement (since 50% was a joke). She was charged for the replacement order! I called them again. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND A WORD SHE SAID! She then transferred me to another department, but I could not understand what department she said she was transferring me to. Then another person came on and it wasn't even a Shari's Bertie's rep, it was a flower rep. They transfer me AGAIN! Still have a very hard time understanding her. She finally said the sender needs to call to get a refund because they NEVER charge for a replacement. When my sister called she was told that she was offered a 50% refund but didn't take it and they would have to research it and call her back. There should be no researching anything. If they say they NEVER charge for a replacement and they did, there's a simple solution……. REFUND her! I called again after they told her that and once again I was told she should not have been charged for that replacement but she would have to call. The customer service is NOT in the United States and they cannot be understood and they can't understand us! I would NEVER order from Shari's Berries! They're HORRIBLE!

Shari's Berries has gone to crap. Look at these $50.00 Strawberries. I am trying to get my money back but they refuse. Their customer service is a joke and so is their product. Do not buy from them it's a rip off. The photos on their website are a not a proper representation of what you actually receive. My 2 year old grandson would have done a better job decorating.

Sad Valentines Day

My husband ordered flowers and a dozen chocolate cover strawberries. When I tell you I was extremely disappointed, it's not an understatement. The flowers were turning brown, underdeveloped, and damaged at the stems. They looked nothing like the picture. The chocolate strawberries were small in size and spoil. Also the the chocolate was broken into pieces. It was a whole mess. Never again!

After receiving a dozen chocolate covered strawberries 2 days late they were broken and nasty. Sent email to customer service and no reply. I'll never order here again. They used to have great service but not anymore

What happened?

This year was a huge disappointment. I've received many and sent many berries over the years and this is the first time I've been disappointed. Berries were white inside, there were no stems and greens on them and the chocolate was so thin the berries showed through the chocolate. I will never purchase them again! A waste of $82.00 especially at this time when everything has risen in price. I guess that's what happens when 800
Flowers takes over. The love is no longer there.

Didn't deliver on Valentine's Day

Placed an order about 4 days before Valentine's Day. Paid a substantial amount for delivery on Valentine's day. Despite tracking information all day showing it would be delivered on Valentine's Day, it never arrived. Still out for shipping a day later with no revised date. Feel like they just took my money an didn't really care if it got delivered or not.

Chocolate covered strawberries sent for Valentine day.
Arrived on time, but was embarrassed when my daughter sent me a photo, attached, look at how big the box inserts are as compared to the strawberries.
Called customer service and told they would replace them. Replacement arrived and they sent the wrong selection, nuts on strawberries, can't have nuts. Called customer service again offered a 50% discount.
No way will be disputing my credit card. By the way they are now owned by 800flowers.
Don't waste your money.

My girlfriend always ask for Shari's Berries. So I bought her and 12 roses and 12 berries. When the package arrive she open the box of strawberries and the chocolate walls all over the place. It broke away from the strawberries. Secondly my girl didnt like the flowers she said the was ugly and took the roses to the steam... Also somehow on the website i order 2 sets but only one receipt came to my email so when I looked at the invoice I was charged twice. They gave me a refund but both product was bad. Bed experience don't think I would ever order from them again
