I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for mothers day. The package arrived on the day promised, but FedEX did not ring the bell or knock. The perishable package was left out in the heat and was indelible. I called Shari's Berries and I was denied a full refund that I was only eligible for 1/2 of the purchase price plus a $20 voucher for a future purchase. I can guarantee you THERE WILL BE NO FUTURE PURCHASES FROM THEM! I'm extremely disappointed that something that I Iooked forward to being delivered and enjoyed for mother's day was ruined!
Ordered Mother's Day Strawberries for my sister. It was a total disaster. Fruit was rotten and spoiled. I will never order again!
My sister ordered on 5/4/2022. Was delivered 5/9/2022 late. When I opened the box the fruit smelled and was crushed. My sister was very upset because it was for Mother's Day. I was supposed to get it on Mother's Day. My sister called and got a refund. She said she will never ever used this business again.
I placed an order of flowers and berries combo as a gift for my mother who lives in another state and I couldn't be with on Mothers Day. Wish I never ordered with Shari's berries! They never delivered her what I ordered even though my order was promised to be there either the day before or the day of Mothers day. I called evening of Mothers Day to check on status and they said they will make sure it gets delivered in time and will call me to follow up. Not only did they not deliver it they also never called me back. The worst experience I have ever had! NO ONE ORDER HERE!
I ordered two orders, one for my Mother that showed up, the second for my wife that never came. I could have bought flowers at the store for $15-20 to match this just under $100 order and guess what? It would have actually been on time. What is so frustrating is I sensed there was going to be a problem as my wife's order never showed up in my account. Of course it did show up on my payment method... and Of course I got SMS verfications with order tracking #'s for both.
I called this morning twice around 11am when they could have actually fixed this and made sure I was on the delivery que. Whenever you ask for a supervisor, "They're in meetings" always without fail. Seeing the countless other pissed off customerso on their facebook and all the reviews here I see clearly it is a HUGE mistake to put any trust in this company.
The good thing is my credit card and/or PayPal will absolutely force a resolution and get my money back.
Thank you Shari's Berries for ruining my surpise and gift for my wife's mother's day. I hope you had a horrible holiday as well.
Placed an Mother's Day order on May 5 with the promise of a delivery on May 6,7, or 8. Well May 8th came and went with no delivery for my mother. When I called to inquiry I was given the run around with a new promise to deliver on May 11. Don't waste your time.
We ordered a product to be delivered on or before Mother's Day. We called customer service to find out when our product would be delivered, and they informed us that they did not have a local vender to deliver on Mother's Day and that our gift would arrive on Tuesday. This was after their website confirmed delivery by or on Mother's Day. The sad thing is, they never sent me an e-mail or phone call to let me know it would be delayed. To make up for the error, customer service gave us a $20 credit toward our next order. We will not be ordering anything from them again so we are just out that money. Do not order from this company, they are not effiecient or reputable.
Normally Shari's Berries delivers! But this time I'm more than dissatisfied with my order. My fiancé ordered my mother and I, a half a dozen strawberries each, they arrived smashed to pieces and that could've even been over looked had the strawberries inside not been old and soggy. I am extremely disappointed. I asked that they please resend them and expedite them as we are trying to enjoy them for Mother's Day, or at least the day after, I never once mentioned how wilted the flowers were. But when they weren't able to send my order for 3 days, I demanded a full refund. That's unacceptable. Officially ruined Mother's Day for us.
Besides the missing berry, the product tasted like it was starting to go bad. We ate these upon the arrival to my home. I was very disappointed. This was a Mother's Day gift to me from my family in Florida
My daughter wanted to surprise me for this Mother's Day, and boy was I surprised. I was surprised to get what was supposed to be chocolate-dipped strawberries, but even more surprised at the quality of the product that was received, the presentation, etc. The package came wet on the inside, and after peeling the string off, the strawberries were very warm, ALL OF THEM broken, and tossed all over the box. The frozen package that it supposed to keep the strawberries warm, was completely melted and hot The berries smelled like they had been sitting too long in the heat and were spoiling... just terrible. You didn't even want to process a full refund... instead, you wanted to charge my daughter again, to resend the order again. I had to throw them all away! You have only one job as a company, and that it to provide the best service possible every day, and ESPECIALLY on special days. You failed miserably! I'm so disappointed in you, because you are always advertising about the services you provide. It's time to revamp, and get a whole new outlook and team, to provide the services you promise. Otherwise, you'll just keep losing great customers, and business and continue to get these terrible but honest reviews!
Unbelievably shocked to see when my mother opened a dozen chocolate covered strawberries that were supposed. Nice silly arranged to find out they were all cracked and rotten. And for what they charge $79 delivered. Do yourself a favor find a local place do not order from this company horrible
I received these as a gift from my children. The strawberries were soggy and spoiled, but they did look very pretty.
Received choco covered strawberries and they are terrible.The chocolate is like rocks and the berries are like persimmons SOUR. Happy Moms day to me. My husband has been on the phone for an hour because our daughter did not receive her package when they had sent a text saying delivered. I orderded berries for my mother in law for mothers they arrived with covering all crumbled. On all the strawberries. There was no damage to the box. Dissapointed.
Chocolate strawberries melted and warm no notification when delivered $50 for 12 inedible strawberries
Packaging for the berries was terrible. Half of them were destroyed because they weren't secure. When reaching out to customer service they showed no interest in caring at all & just kept letting me know my order had been delivered. Not worth the cost at all.
My mom's Mother's Day berries were destroyed, rotten, and moldy! Had to fight with customer service to get a full refund, they only wanted to give a 50% refund. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable, never buying these berries again!
I received 24 roses and 12 Sherri's strawberries yesterday may 5th from my daughter strawberries were awesome flowers were beautiful but half of them are almost dead in 1 day

Yesterday I received a box of dozen rotten strawberries and broken chocolate. I Emailed twice and called once. Explaining it was a gift and ask for refund on the cc it was purchased with. The answer was …. Let the person that bought it call. Really?
I sent berries to a friend that just got out of the hospital. Spent $100 and $16 delivery fee so they would be there when she arrived. NEVER were delivered! Called customer service and they barely spoke English and just told me to call back another time! Seriously? What kind of business runs like this?
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
