Very bad shipping experience it took too long for me to receive my order

Dresses were poor quality and a waste of money. These dresses will never be worn as each have their individual problems

Shipment tracking was not accurate. I checked daily and it was not reflective of it's true location. I was wary it would not arrive on time. It did make it on time though. The fit of the tunic is not flattering. The material, polyester, throws the angles off on my plus side physique. I would have preferred a stiffer cotton.

This was a very cheaply made ornament that took too long to get to me.

Take a look at the photo. Take a good look. That's what I bought—three-dimensional sculpted resin figures. What I got were fuzzy color photocopies of this actual (entirely misrepresented) item, glued to a thin wooden board. So I sent them a request for a refund. They tried to offer me a 10 percent discount. I refused. They then offered me a 30 percent discount, pointing out how expensive it would be for me to mail back the items, and how they couldn't be responsible for things that might get lost in the mail. (Are you getting this? These sleaze bags actually expected ME to pay to mail back THEIR misrepresented products, or settle for a 30 oerccent discount.) I again refused as the items I received were absolutely not the item that was pictured; when I pointed out that this constitutes MAIL FRAUD, and that I planned to report it as such, they finally offered a full discount but they STILL expected me to pay for return shipping. Screw these guys. They are sleazy scammers and should be banned from selling in the USA.

Quick and easy. Order was delivered correctly and was accurate. The tops on all my orders fit perfectly. However, the bottoms were not as fitting. The average small doesn't always match petite or smaller framed people. Overall, I like what I order, and I'm keeping 3 out of 5.
