Did not have size tags or wash instructions on dresses. Material is thin.

I ordered order 9th and selected premium priced shipping listed as 6-8 days. It didn't arrive until the 28th and I was already back home with the family. Had to pay shipping again to mail it to my mom.

Took an extremely long time for my shipment to arrive. I had to reach out to customer service and that was a task, I did not hear back from them for weeks. Once the product arrived it was just okay. The quality was not the greatest, but it will do. Cute styles but if you are looking for a good/high quality, I would shop elsewhere.

I got replied to quickly with correct information. Took a while to come but was expected because ordered just before xmas.

It's very difficult to try and find how to return some of these products! Please explain. Apparently I ordered from ChicMe and Bellewholesale and they're the same company?

Arrived after Xmas I wasn't advised if this wen I ordered absolutely rubbish quality the ties were all tangled and knotted didn't fit material was very poor quality wud never order from here again

Ordered this for new years eve party... but it didn't arrive on time

Products were mostly what I ordered, but they were received too late for Christmas.

At first I was hesitant coz I read the reviews that it will take 30 days to deliver but I tried and it's worth it. My parcel came after 22 days of waiting. So far so good!

Product was nice, shipping was adequate but both items purchased were so far off in size unlikely anyone but a child could fit in them. I'm not saying a size off, incredibly way off. Very disappointing to say the least. Ordered as per size charts provided, even went larger but arrived so so small.
