Good product, good prices... terrible delivery delays, and inaccurate commitments/estimates at the time of purchase.

Originally was a Christmas gift so it took a long time to receive.

I ordered a long sleeve t-shirt/sweatshirt for my wife (who wears a medium in all her tops) The medium was too small; not wearable. I contacted the company about a return and refund, but haven't hear a word..

Happy with product but a little disappointed with delivery time.

I ordered a large but it's a very "small " large. Should have gotten an XL. My wife normally wears a medium

Shipping was 3 weeks longer than stated. Products were cheaply made, 1 item wasn't even completely sewn together so I threw it in the trash.

Pants purchased good, santa claws top distorted fit and cant even give to kids to wear, flannel top told not in stock a week after purchase. Received in 21 days. Quite disappointed, i can understand shipping time but quality terrible.

Although one of the products I ordered was unsatisfactory to me, the other was amazing quality. I will definitely order from this site again.

I paid extra for faster shipping. It was supposed to be delivered by the 22nd or 23rd according to the guidance when ordering. However, it did not even leave for the United States until those dates so no way it would get here in time for Christmas.

Products arrived quickly. But neither fit. The sleeve was so tight on one, that I couldn't get it over my wrist. Feathers were not attached well and flying around the room! Other item I couldn't get over my head. They both looked cheap, which they were.

Item not as pictured. Appeared to be a nice glass ornament on the site and I received a cheap plaster ornament. Definitely would not recommend purchasing from this site.

Very happy with our purchase, great price and delivered quite quickly. Will use again.

Clearly profiteering on shipping charges. When shipping lightweight clothing and up-charging 50% of purchase price for 30 business day shipping you're doing it wrong. For what they charged in shipping the package I received could have been shipped 1st class USPS at least 10 times. They also notified me the order was shipped but did not actually ship the package until 11 days later.
