I am skeptical of ordering from sites that pop-up randomly on Instagram, but this one was a win. Ordering was easy, the products were of good quality, and they came within a reasonable time-frame (on the slow side, but reasonable).

Ordered a medium, it didn't fit. Not enough money to fool with returning so I ordered a large.

Very nice and easy website to navigate around with excellent prices. Quality was especially impressive--unlike many other competitors that have equivocal quality. I had to return one set of panties, as the sizing was significantly too large. I hope the return process won't be a problem, as it has been with other online sites.

Beautiful ornaments but lousy order follow up and delayed delivery.

I ordered 5 of these Santa ornaments for the grandkids as a remembrance of 2020. When I took the first one out of the packaging material there was red paint flecks all over. The paint they used to make these was coming off all over! Just really disappointing.

2 is the items were broken -and 1 backing was flakes off and in the bag. And I did not know it would take as long as it did to arrive. I wanted these items for Xmas. It seems like they sat at the warehouse for over 8 days before even being sent out. Took way too long to arrive. And when I inquired no one could give me
An estimate arrival time /date. Would not use this service again not would I recommend it to anyone else.

Each item needs a better, more informative description.

Very easy to find what I was looking for and great prices, almost half of what Boutique Feel was charging for the identical product. I was surprised after completing my purchase that it would take 7 days to process my order, I would not have paid for expedited shipping if I knew that my order wouldn't arrive before Christmas.

The product line is great, the prices are good. My only issue is the shipping times are long. Takes 3-4 weeks. If you are patient, it is a great place to shop. I will again but will order ahead of time

Can't seem to get an address to exchange the item for a larger size with me paying the cost for shipping. I've had one email conversation that provided a couple of options with credit and discounts to keep the item, but no one will respond with a return address. Not sure what I'm going to do, but very confused and worried I'll be stuck with an item that I can't use.
