Good experience I just ordered the shirt too small and I just diy feel like going through the process of a refund so I just gave to my daughter but other than that I love the shirt
They made me pay for 3-6 shipping and it's been 11 days there's no refund button and I never get a quick response I explain to them I need it for Saturday and it's Saturday I'm furious

I placed this order May 6th and paid for Express shipping because I had my graduation in two weeks and wanted the outfits for the occasion. Even with Express shipping, my package arrived a month later... I am not pleased with this.
Some of their items are really nice while others are pretty cheaply made. My biggest complaint is the inconsistency in sizes.

The the worst experience I've ever had with a cellar their clothes are cheap everything they made so far that I ordered is cheap everything was like garbage and it takes forever to get to you and they charge so much the shipping and handling it's impossible
I was about to cancel my order because your shipping prices way too high for my budget I forgot to use a coupon that was available
The shopping was easy online. The shirts are beautiful nice soft material however not true to size so you may want to go up a couple of size.

Paid for expedited service and ordered on the 5/5/21 and didn't get my shipment till after the 5/25/21 and didn't give me time to exchange it as it runs small and my event was that weekend.
If we could order the shirts In a different size than the bottoms it would be perfect

The shipping took forever almost a month but it was overseas so. The cuts looked different in the picture but they fit really nice and the length was really nice as well

Although it took forever to get my stuff I like most of my items. I do have a few returns per sizing issues but over will be shopping in this site again.
