Easy ordering process and item arrived before the eta given at time of purchase

Shopping online is fine. Its waiting for the product it took over a month and a half

Payment was deducted for items not received for 4 weeks.

I received my clothes I ordered
It took 1 month the clothing does run small however the quality is pretty good.

It took almost 2 months to get my package and I was horrified by the blue dress. The material is cheap, tacky and badly made!

I order in April waiting a month now they don't fix need these item for my vacation in July

I've purchased items from this website and had been pretty satisfied but this Big Lebowski cardigan is below the standards of a decent costume shop. I was hoping for something that I could wear normally. At best I'll get 1 or 2 uses as a costume.

I ordered my pants around April, they came all the way from China to New Jersey! So it takes a while for them to arrive, as they just arrived today. Which is now June 7th. I am very satisfied with the product! Excellent and thank you all for your services and products!

During this pandemic had a lot of issues with deliveries but not with you thank you...

Very disappointed with the time it takes to receive order; how the order is shipped in pieces; the quality of material of certain items; boots ordered and received without laces and still haven't received; and HAVE NOT RECEIVED CORRECT REFUND FOR CANCELED ORDERS.

I had to wait a month for something that was no good cheap material and not the right size I took a bigger size and it till too small

My first order on this site was great. This order was a total disaster. Nothing was from the Misses line that I ordered from. The sizes were for a child NOT an adult.

Got refunded 2.30 out of 27 £ waste of money. Don't buy, money loss

When I purchased merchandise from them I didn't Know it would be 2months until I get them and when I finally got the items the size didn't match because I order a large I got some small and the one piece swimsuit that i got look cheap the size was wrong also so it was a waist of money.
