They actually made a reasonably positive change so that you can request a payment every 15 days, but it literally takes them ALL of those 15 days to process a payment and then you must wait another 15 days before you can request another payment. Overall, I am happy that there is competition out there, but I wish more companies would get a hint and be more like "Topcashback" is!
I really like earning money through Befrugal. Only thing that I don't like is it takes them 10 days to send you your payments. It's ridiculous. This is why I gave the rating a 3 instead of 5.
I have used this web more than a year and requested payments 4 times, they were all paid on time to my paypal account.

I've used other cashback sites that are flakey, but befrugal consistently offers the best rates (or near the best rates) and I've never had any issues with it. It shows you right away when you place an order through it and you can track it through to confirmation. Payment is easy to request (although I had a little difficulty requesting payment through the form I wanted from a mobile browser), and they give you bonus money when you request an amazon gift card, which is as good as cash for me. I'm very happy, and will continue to use them.
So I ordered 2 computers from Dell, got the cashback credited to my Befrugal account(~$500) then I requested the payment to PayPal. After nothing showing up on my PayPal, I'm being told that my account was closed because of violation of terms and condition (what the...) and that no payment will be issued. No other explanations. What's going on? That's how you act when it comes to pay of the Cashback?
