One of the worst cash back sites. Todd is probably the most ridiculous customer service person I have ever met. Wouldn't be surprised if 'Todd' was an automated messaging service. Used BeFrugal, Ebates, MRRebates on the same stores and ebates and mrrebates never have an issue. Befrugal keeps saying something went wrong. Of course that's when they have huge cash back bonuses too. Tsk, something fishy with this site.
