BeFrugal has numerous retailers they have partnered with & many have instant BeFrugal links, so it automatically comes up when you've "entered" one of those online shops to apply discount. It also applies to a vast array of merchandise. Terrific service!
Got introduced to be frugal by a coworker who knows I'm heavy into online cash back sites. I use Ebates/Rakuten for the longest and she told me about be frugal... I was shocked to see many of the same merchants - but with bigger/better cash-back deals!
The UX leaves a lot to be desired but I understand they spend a lot of their money securing these deals so I'm not even mad at it... lol overall I just got paid $52+ and I'm happy!

Made my first purchase with the site link and was supposed to get ~$10 back. The purchase was not automatically processed but after a week I notified them and provided my ticket and receipt of purchase. They quickly credited my account which was great but removed it a day later claiming that the purchase site had no record of the ticket and I must have messed up. First off, i have my receipt and the befrugal ticket generated in their system. Secondly, I have been using ebates since 1999 so I know how this deal works. Instead of siding with the customer (me) and honoring their side of the deal they have instead taken my $10 referral. I would highly suggest just signing up for the bonus then not using this site for purchases for large purchases unless you like to gamble. Their general "you messed up" claim can be used anytime they don't want to pay us. I have a feeling that they pocket the higher bonuses. Again, I provided objective evident of my purchase and their generated ticket. I would expect they pay me and work with the site for their payment. Instead they blame me the customer.
Tracking could be better but support is quick to make amends. Of the cashback portals, I feel befrugal is more reliable.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from Befrugal. It will find excuses for not paying you cashback for large purchases (in my experiences HP and Dell, when a large cashback rate was posted). I did get some cashback for some purchases, but for my recent HP purchases, none of them got honored. I contacted BF, and their response is that according to the vendor, I did not use the BeFrugal links, but I found this hard to believe. I could not help but conclude that Befrugal was looking for excuses for not giving me the money. I should've used other cashback websites but was lured by using BeFrugal because of the large advertised cashback rates. Such a disappointing experience.
Add on 8/29/19: Befrugal has claimed that a credit was provided by the vendor to me via another cashback website. This does not make sense. First, I did not receive any cashback for my HP purchases from any other websites. Second, why would I have used other websites when BF offered 6-8% cashback while others offered 2%? Third, I have used BF for years, so I know how to use it properly. Again, you may get your cashback from BF for some purchases, but by using BF you risk losing others, especially for cashback from large purchases, even if the cashback rate looks tempting. I would NOT take the risk again.
I love this service! I just earned $97.00 in form of an Ebay credit card! I do nothing but simply do the shopping I would have done normally. The discounts are higher here than at other payment sites. Use this service-OR you are mad!

Customer service is great-they really work hard to deal with the merchant for any missing cash back. I don't blame BeFrugal if the merchant deny the transaction as you know some merchants are just not honest (HP.com).

Love Befrugal! I have used a lot in the past and Befrugal seems to give me cashback everytime! I dont know why others have had problems.
This site works, just make sure your ad blocker is disabled so you get the credit, I have lost a few transactions not being recorded because of that, but it is really not their fault!
