I asked Todd to speak to a supervisor, I wasnt able to speak to one. He didnt transfer me. I dont think ill use BeFrugal again. Not happy
I happened to log in today and saw $16 was deducted from my account because of monthly inactivity fees. I was so angry and left a 1 star review (below) I then started a chat and the rep said that happens if I don't log in for a year and before I had a chance to type more, I saw my $16 was credited. So that me feel a lot better about this site. I hope Befrugal reads this because if the point of the inactivity fee is to get people on the site more regularly, not emailing customers of the inactivity fee defeats that purpose and just alienates us.

They have been charging me inactivity fees without notifying me! I know they have my email as I get promotional emails from them. You would think they have the technology to put in a gentle reminder saying how I'm being charged $2 a month! So I lost their promised bonus AND paid them $6! Uggh!
BeFrugal is the best cash back program out there. Site is very easy to use and have not had any problems.
Always, this APP or website brings you a very bad experience.
Only because after you finish your purchase, you will find that some records will tell you it would be not eligible.
But you will never know exactly why it is not eligible.
And if you complain too much, this stuff will tell you that your account will be deleted.

I actually had forgotten about BeFrugal.com. I was looking for a discount, & when I hit the pig icon & connected with the site, I was informed I had money waiting to be paid to me. All I had to do was decide my payment method. What a pleasant surprise. I don't think I'll be forgetting BeFrugal anytime soon. Couldn't have been any easier. I will be recommending this site to my friends.

4 months have passed since I joined and have received nothing from befrugal over $2000 in purchases from ebay and amazon. I also use Rakuten which was my main cashback service but switched because Befrugal was recommended by a software company I do business with. Will be using Rakuten full time again because befrugal is not just taking their share of the profit from my purchases but they are taking my share as well. Very disappointed and their customer service was the worse very rude and don't even care to talk to you. I do not recommend Befrugal to anyone.
Much like others I used BeFrugal cashback over other sites on Black Friday for what was supposed to be 11% cashback. Amazingly, the shopping trip never made it to my account. "Todd" from BeFrugal tells me that I either wasn't logged in or never activated the cashback. The problem with that is that since I don't trust any of these sites I screenshot all of my purchases with banner stating that cashback was activated. I've told this to "Todd", but he refuses to give me a way to provide this physical evidence. 11% of a $200 order = $0 when you use BeFrugal
I also have another investigation for almost $90 cash back that has been pending for a year. I continue to request updates, but get none. "Todd" just tells me that the company hasn't responded so they can't give me any updates. The shopping trip is in my account and I can prove that the full order went through and the full amount has been paid, however they will not let me provide any evidence and are just accepting that the company hasn't responded and tells me this will be the status until they respond
Amazing how the little cashbacks of a few dollars here and there are never an issue, but as soon as I have the possibility for some substantial cashback, there's always an issue. Ebates/Rakuten cashback is less but at least you get that cashback.
No troubles with my cashback or having to redeem swag stuff or anything like that. Great Site! Couldn't ask for more.

The only fee that may have been applied to your account is a monthly $2 maintenance fee that is only applied to dormant accounts that have had no activity (clicks, logins, etc.) for over 365 days. Fortunately, if you wish to get all maintenance fees voided and your balance restored 100%, just send a message to our support team here: https://www.befrugal.com/contactus/. Other Cash Back sites will either close your account after 365 days or will apply non-refundable maintenance fees then close your account when the balance reaches $0.
