There is only one answer to requests for what reasons - your account has been deactivated for violating the rules, it is not clear which ones! Is the desire to take your money a violation of the rules? Judging by the reviews, I'm not the only one like that, instead of being paid, I received an account decavation. Scammers!

Befrugal seemed easy to use and been using it over a year or so. Until I realized all my cashbacks arent being credited and you always need to review it and submit a "missing" cash back inquiry. It's a hassle but I didnt mind it. Then came to a point this year when almost all of my cashbacks arent showing so I submit each one. It's July and some of my inquiries from April are still "pending retailer review" after submitting all that they need to confirm the order. I mean, c'mon, if you dont check your cash back and failed to file it withing 60 days of purchase, then it is null and void already, but if a retailer failed to pay you even past 60 days- it's okay? I've submitted numerous follow ups but to no avail. At this point I regret using this app, there's so much cash back apps out there.

I had $38.24 coming back to me that I had to wait forever to get. And never got it. It finally became payable, I went to claim it, and befrugal blocked me from doing so. All the cash back disappeared. After that clicking on payments generated a 404 page. This is ridiculous. Whether it's a problem with their system or some other issue I don't know. But it really feels like they scammed me out of cash back. They won't let me log into my account now. I tried to reset my password and they won't let me do that either. A word from the wiser - Use Rakuten - they are 10 times more trustworthy than this thing. They also pay you regularly. BeFrugal is a Total scam!
I read another review on Trustpilot where it says they will deactivate your account if they don't want to pay you. That's exactly what it looks like they did to me. Unbelievable.

Great cashback site that really helps out maximizing discounts when shopping online. Also easy to use when requesting payments as would highly recommend.
They have higher % than most apps out there, payouts are slower but they come, sometimes it misses, but i always recommend to reach out to them. Givingasssiant has lower % payouts, Topcashback is one my fav also

I know it takes a little extra time to go to your computer, but use your computer when trying to link Be Frugal to your purchase. Definitely worth it!
