Very pleased with the beds. They arrived within two days. The mattress is also very good. Even though I ordered them on Tuesday, I got a delivery date for that Thursday and the delivery company called me and made arrangement before delivery.
Purchased a bed/mattress via E Bay and the service from the minute I placed the order was first class-very swift delivery on time, well packaged, no damage of missing parts and not too dissimilar to one I bought at Harvey's last year for my Son at twice the price! I was amused to se leather bed at such rate so tried once and realised its a great product, easy to assemble and my bedroom view is completely changed.
Brought a leather bed with drawers, easy to assemble, sturdy and top quality. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend product or company to anyone. Delivered on time, all parts present and nothing damaged. Top quality at budget prices can't fault anything!

I would not recommend this company beds co. Uk they are rude and couldn't careless about disabilities of customer the van driver Eastern European and just dumped my bed on wet grass outside my flat and I had to ask 2 neighbours to bring the bed into my property the driver was lucky I did not knock him round my garden shouting abusive language at me and my wife and local residents hearing all this total discrase if a director does not ring me I will take it further

This was such an easy and pleasant company to deal with. Despite me ordering my new bed late on Saturday night, By Sunday midday i'd had my delivery appointment arranged for the next Tuesday. As promised, the delivery driver came within the time specified & he was extremely helpful in helping me bring my parcels in.
The bed i ordered was packed securely & all of the parts listed were present. Considering the price i paid for this bed, i was shocked just how good quality it was. Putting it all together was fairly simple & the instructions that came with it were very easy to follow.
I will MOST DEFINITELY be using Beds.co.uk again.
Just had delivery of my new single bed. Not the mattress that I ordered and one of the drawers fell to bits. My 91 year old father is having try and mend it for me. Was told two men would deliver the bed but only was one man to be in the bed.
I wouldn't rate this shop its rubbish.

I purchased a small king size divan this week. The build quality is appalling, very poor quality wooden frame that looks like it could be made from a wooden pallet. The headboard is a mass of raggedy bunched fabric with staples everywhere, There were no holes for the headboard bolts, I had to puncture the fabric to get the bolts in (only to find a bolt was missing). A castor was missing and any attempt to phone Beds.co.uk ends after half an hour of being put on hold.

Worst online purchase I ever experienced
Delivery:
I received my matteress after a bit more than 2 weeks after the purchase when it was explicitly mentioned "Next Day Delivery"...
I had to call 7 times to know where was my mattress.
Customer service:
The average time to have someone on the line is between 15 to 30 min on the phone.
Quality:
Really bad quality matteress. Forget the continuous "discount", "foam" bla bla
I highly regret my purshase and I really hope any new customer that will read this will never buy a matteress on this website
Ordered 4 Rattan Chairs delivery was prompt and easy and they kept me informed of the progress. Was so pleased with the product I ordered 4 more and a table!
