This is a scam awful thing happened to me. They are liars jokes and robbed my money. They have done this to my friend also. They threatend her because she wanted her money back
Ordered the bed well over two weeks ago time of Work awaiting for delivery twice and both times didnt arrived called half hour before the end of the delivery time and said that there was a problem this has happened 4 times now I have been waiting in for a product that has not arrived when calling and on hold for half an hour each time I have called up I get hung up on on each occasion staff are un helpful and fob you off yet the money was taken from my account straight away and yet I still do not have the bed avoid this company I wish some warned me about this

This company has failed to respond to my complaint in a reasonable time.
I have now reported them to Trading Standards.
The Bed they delivered did not match up to the description on their web site.
I have tried to be reasonable but have been left with no alternative.

Bought a stylish bed for my boy, the design, quality and comfort is way above my expectations for what I paid. I have no doubts I will be buying another bed from here when the next upgrade takes place.
Took a bit of a chance on ordering one of their ottoman beds, as it wasn't a company I had come across. Happy to say we are pleased by the quality for the price. It looks stylish, all the edges and finishing is neat and tidy, it went together well - instructions were pretty good - and the pistons work great to lift the mattress up for storage.
Delivery was fast and free. Only thing that could have been better, was a confirmation of what day and time (at least roughly) the bed would be delivered, but that being said, it did arrive within the time frame specified on the website, and I had a call from the delivery man when it arrived.
All in all, so happy and would certainly recommend!
This company have messed me about for weeks regarding the poor quality mattress N now state that I have passed the 2 week period?
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM what they advertise is cheap badly made products they're customer service is horrendous Don't get ripped off like we did
Bought a Ottoman Bed, from there site on Ebay, delivery was very good, as described, some a little heavy, and may require 2 to take up the stairs, but packaging of the product, was excellent, after reading the instructions, then checking everything was there started the process of putting the bed together, in all easy process, went wrong once, my mistake, but nothing major, would say all done and dusted in a couple of hours.
Now up, for the price I am extremely pleased, it comes across as a quality product, and the price, was one of the best I found on the internet.

I purchased this Faux Leather Double Bed Frame and mattress for my son and Im really happy with it. The bed was very easy to assemble and packaged securely. As for the company, theres been great communication from them, a choice of delivery dates and rapid delivery. Would highly recommend these to anyone.
I ordered a silver velvet bed, mattress and matching headboard. Due to living in north of Scotland, I was charged an extra £40. When the delivery man had left, I realised that they had given me a champagne coloured bed. They had also put my delivery details over a previous customers details, which showed their name, address and contact number and clearly said champagne. My label was put next to it with silver on it. When I rang, they said they'd need to send the new one but it would be afurther week until they could pick up and deliver the correct one. I emailed the company with the photos of the product labels and also asked that they return my £40 delivery charge. That was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting on a response to my email. Luckily the correct bed was delivered but I wouldn't recommend using them, as they seem very amateurish.

I was a little dubious about ordering after reading the reviews but... I cannot fault the service. The bed was delivered exactly at the time stated. I t was easy to put together and had full instructions. My son is thrilled with his new bed especially the memory foam mattress. You get what you pay for, its a cheap bed but for the money its great value. The mattress fits it perfect and its sturdy and comfortable.
Purchased a mattress from them. (Pocket 3000 Spring Orthopaedic Mattress) What I received was in no way what I saw on their web site. Although they do say there are variations. See photos. What you see will NOT be what you get. Do not rely on the picture nor the description. Made a complaint. I must say the customer service contacted me later tried to resolve the issue. I purchased a so called 3000 Pocket Spring mattress but I could safely believe that there is not even 1000. Mattress was sold as a Firm but you could squeeze it to a thin mattress by hand and if I sat at the edge I would slip down. Sent them photos and they accepted that it did not look ok and they promised to send me a firmer one ensuring it will have extra padding and frame around the mattress etc. Having had to take yet another day off work the replacement mattress arrived. And to my surprise exactly the same as the one I already had. I checked and compared it with what I had and decided that there was no point in accepting the new one as it did was exactly the same would not solve the issue. So it was sent it back and I sent the customer service an email. That is the last I have heard! Their delivery service may be free but you pay for it by loosing your days off in my case if things go wrong it will be a waste of time. In fact I had to take three days off as the first mattress was delivered in two attempts since at first attempt they damaged the order. I am now left with a £400 waste of a mattress and already feel the springs in to my back! I am afraid... Never again Beds.co.uk! Should have paid £100 more and gone to Argos.
Brilliant shopping experience! Their communication from the moment I ordered to delivery and beyond has been fantastic. Very pleased with the bed I received. It was exactly what I was expecting and the whole process was extremely easy. I would definitely purchase from Beds.co.uk again and highly recommend.
Ordered 2 double beds with memory foam, and for the price both were great beds easy to build and most importantly both my son's find them so comfortable great night sleep, delivery arrangement was excellent service
