I find everything for my house here... and they allow you to return your items whenever and for whatever reason. Keep your receipts and if something breaks, whether it's 1 year after or 5 years after purchase - BBB will exchange it for the new item available.

When I'm looking for a new venting I can to look at bed bath and beyond first.

I wanted to buy my husband an Ostrich neck pillow (google it if you don't know what it is!). The stores did not have it, but they do online. Free shipping on > $50 is great. You can also return to a local store. The only downside is many of the coupons can only be redeemed in store - I always use the coupons for 20% off!

This company will do anything to make a customer happy.

NEVER EVER EVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BED BATH & BEYOND. THEY STAND BEHIND ALL OF THEIR PRODUCTS. THE BEST ONE TO SHOP IN IS IN ESTERO, FLORIDA AT THE COCONUT POINT MALL. GREAT MANAGERS AND SUPER NICE CASHIERS... THEY TREAT YOU LIKE ROYALTY.

A little expensive but worth the fact that if you can't find an item anywhere else they probably have what you are looking for. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

They have a good selection, but I don't like that you have to wrap your own gifts from the bridal or baby registries. I stink at wrapping- now I just buy gift cards. LOL

Sold me a stainless steel dish rack for $20+ It lasted about four months before it started to RUST. That's right RUST. I thought stainless steel ment stainless steel!?!

I love that he honor coupons after their expiration. I have always had great service, and there is no hassle returning items to the store, even without a receipt.

I LOVE THIS STORE! I constantly maintain the house and this store has wonderful seasonal goods that make my house vibrant and full of life! I live in Connecticut, so the closest one to me is a bit of a drive. I received my order promptly and love their products, couldn't ask for more.
