My family seems are very fond of BBB Promo Damask table top set. We almost change every season like Harvest/Fall, Holiday, Spring. From table cloth, napkin, chair cover and seat cover, almost all sets. It's not just because it's promo which equals "cheap", I'm actually quite surprised the hand-feel of the fabric is very good, worth of money. Plus some time I can bought some natural look Placemat to decorate my small table. Anyway, i cannot speak for other product line from BBB, but I think at least the table top stuff they sell most time are quite cool.
I have found this site to have reasonable prices, yet have to cancel what is in my cart as postage/handling is outrageous. Cost is always more than the actual value of product - in fact many times more if it is a small/light item. Dinner set postage was same price as item. Why are they even bothering to now include Australia other than to rip buyers off.
Mishawaka store wasted 45 minutes of my time. Very dejected. Ordered hose on line (reserved purchase with credit card for in store pick up May 18th, 2017 ( Two expandable water garden hoses) Went to store 45 minutes later no hoses in stock. Manager looked up in his computer said he had six in stock BUT THEY WERE ALL DAMAGED RETURNS Did try BAIT AND SWITCH trying to selling me hoses at 39.99 vs 19.88

After several calls and emails to customer service about a product that arrived with missing pieces, I was promised that a replacement would be sent.
Nothing arrived. Follow-up calls resulted in a repeat of the cycle.
Horrible customer service! First they placed my order in store, I got out of there with my email confirmation and my bank charge notification. Then 7 days later I call to keep track on my order and they tell me there is no order, that I didn't pay for it. I check my bank and in fact there was no charge so I decided to place it again. They gave me a$10 discount for the inconvenience and gave me a very weird confirmation # and then I never got an email. So i call 3 days later and they tell me again that there is no order. But mind you, my bank is charging me twice. The horrible store is located at 30 international drive Flanders NJ. And all these ladies here do not know what they're doing. And the customer service over the phone is worse, the guy apparently wanted to sleep or go home, he wasn't there for customer service. Still haven't received my money back!
I placed an order on 4/2/17. For the first 10 days I couldn't even get a proper tracking number. It's now 2 1/2 weeks past my original order date and I still don't have my item. I am in NW Florida and I found out this morning that the item was shipped from Memphis to North Carolina and then to Orlando. WTH? They have passed me twice already! I could have driven to Memphis and picked it up myself... TEN TIMES BY NOW. I will never---NEVER---do online business with them again.
Always enjoy shopping at BB&B. Always buy sheets and towel there as they don't wear out. You get what you pay for.
Not only do they have a wonderful assortment of household goods, their employees treat you like they are glad that you have come to their store to make purchases. They are very polite and knowledgeable.
Bed Bath and Beyond had many of the items we needed for the kitchen, window coverings and more. The delivery time was incredibly fast. I love the free shipping. Bed Bath and Beyond online is great because we live over an hour away from a Bed Bath and Beyond store. You can not beat free delivery when purchasing in large quantities.
When we move to Florida this is the first place always my wifes' love to goes. She always buy here products we needed on our first and second house. She love to go nicwe and clean places.
There is almost always a 20% off coupon every week or month available and coupled with sales, you can't go wrong. Great store, great quality products.
A lot of their stuff is expensive but the quality is phenom. They have an excellent selection of products advertised on tv.

Stay away from these horrible horrible people! My wife bought a pair of slippers b/4 our son was born and, bed bath beyond policy is to return items no questions asked, I had also the receipt! It not did the store refuse, but it was sent to a letter st prevention worker to call me and tell me that the policy has changed in a rude manner and refused to accept the return! I will not only never shop there again, but I will let as many people as my can know to stay AWAY from this store! No more bed bath beyond! I was a costumer at bed bath beyond over 20 years and this is how they treat us. On

My experiences have been good. Never had a problem with a return or going into the store and them placing an order. Great coupon deals.
Our closest BB&B is about 45 minutes drive away, so I use the online store a lot.
Returning is easy (online or in store) and their packaging is really good.

This is place to shop for good quality products at reasonable prices. One of the things I like about this store is what they advertise is actually in store and in stock.
I never and I mean never shop here! You can find most of the items they sell elsewhere for a fraction of price they charge.
Extremely nice quality you just can't go wrong they have wonderful items not only for the bath but truly they're beyond because I generally go beyond for items all over the house.
Answer: It's not hard to get them on the line, but they are all foreign so they didn't understand exactly what I was talking about
Answer: How can you share a success story when you hold on three separate phone calls for an excess of 16 hours to resolve a refund issue where you are not able to make contact through email because of a shortage of employees yet you are told that you exceeded the 15-minute window? I have been waiting for my refund since the 13th of August and I have yet to receive it
Answer: Bed Bath & Beyond is a scam! They took my money and NEVER sent my order and won't give me a refund! The worste online shopping experience I have ever had!
