Since BB&B has the best prices for Christmas ornament storage, I ordered 2 sets the beginning of December. Tracking the FedEx packages showed they were delivered on December 29. After searching under every rock, into every bush, and around the entire 5 acres, I called BB&B. They immediately set up a replacement delivery with UPS (which I had requested). My package arrived! FedEx still hasn't responded.
I called back a fnal time and this representative informed me that the product was out of stock by the manufacturer. I knew this was not true because it was available on other sites. They said I just cancel my order so I did and ordered it from another site and guess what it arrived today! I will never order from BBB again!
I ordered a coffee table on 11/12/2017. It is now 12/27/2017 and i still have not received the item. I have called customer service several times with no results. Hey seem unable or unwilling to contact the vendor about my order. Yesterdy I talked to a supervisor who said she would call me back in 24 hours. Well no phone call today. I will never order from them again.
The cost is higher but the quality is better so items last and look good for a long time. I don't know what else it wants me to say as its forcing me to write 100 characters. SMH.
Expensive, but with their coupons... I love navigating in their aisles, but I am always super tempted to buy something I "really need/want/always dreamed about" and want not on my shopping list.
So glad they brought back the chance to get some oldies but goodies, I like the lotion a lot, candles smell great, the store is nice to go into. Great products and good sales now and then.
I like the selections in cooking and kitchen items, but home goods such as bedspreads, sheets and towels are nice too. It's especially nice for gift items and the coupons help with prices. I LIKE IT!
BB&B always has what I need in stock, always offers to help when I need it and always takes back any item that doesnt work for me. Love shopping there!
I placed an order on 12/3. The order was supposed to be delivered between 12/6 and 12/12. The order was still processing after it should have been delivered. I got an email on 12/14 telling me my order has been shipped. On 12/16 the order still had not arrived and was no where near being delivered. Also, BBB only shipped 2 of the 3 items I had ordered. When I called to cancel the order, the customer service rep could do nothing for me. Apparently there is no way to cancel an order unless you cancel it 30 minutes after you place the order. She could not even cancel the 1 item that had not even been shipped yet. The customer service rep then proceeded to tell me that I would have to return the items to a store, which may or may not except them, or FedEx them back before they would even start the process of refunding my money. That is not helpful when 1 of the items in your order still has not even been shipped. Lastly, I was told that the warehouse is too busy to send an email out stating whether or not the 1 item I am still waiting to ship will be canceled or not. The customer service rep said the warehouse gets busy and does not have time to send out emails. Now I must wait until who knows when to receive items I do not want before I can get my money back. Do not order online from Bed Bath & Beyond. You may never see your items or get your money back.
The company is clearly staffed with people unable to solve any issues. I have repeatedly tried to call customer service. You are always in line for a "longer than average delay due to call volume" That message has been on for a month everyday. Usually when you do get someone they are not able to solve my issue which in fact is quite simple to solve. Good luck asking to talk to a supervisor. You will go on hold and they eventually be disconnected before talking to someone. This is the normal procedure I have encountered for the 4th time. Issue still unresolved no one to help. This will be my last purchase at Bed Bath and Beyond.
I have been a customer for decades and have always been satisfied with there quality service and selection. I would recommend them to my friends.
I recently moved and needed some new household items. I had no time to shop in store, so I did my shopping online. I changed my address so it would be delivered to my new place. I was happily surprised to find that my items beat me to the new house! The day I moved in the package was waiting for me. I was worried, as one of the items I ordered was a shower curtain and liner. I also love that there are always coupon codes available all over the place. Or, you can use the 20% off coupon that always come in the mail, or in the newspaper. Very good experience.
My son decided to go to an out-of-state college. We had to furnish his dorm room, and since we were flying there, I bought everything ahead of time at the local Bed Bath and Beyond store. Told them I needed to pick up the items in Stockton, CA and they set me up with a registry through their Pack and Hold program. I had a good time walking around the local store with a scanner. Prior to my leaving the store, they printed out the registry to make sure the Stockton store had the items in stock.
When we went to the Stockton store, they had a few items pulled. I wasn't surprised because I had just ordered everything less then 24 hours before. I think if I had given them more time, they would have the carts full when we got there. The staff were all very gracious, but the manager, Briana, was exceptionally kind. She knew we were struggling to find several items and ended up giving us 20% off our total bill for our troubles! I was blown away by her customer service skill and would definitely shop at the Stockton store next time I'm in town.
I ordered something Monday that was supposed to ship out Wednesday and be received today. Item hasn't arrived. No record of FedEx having picked it up. I was told they don't keep any records of when items actually ship out. They rely completely on FedEx's system. If you ran a business, wouldn't you want to keep your own records on when you think you've turned over an item to a shipper? I was told to call back tomorrow if it still hasn't come. Good grief. This place puts little effort into customer service. But they sure can crank out emails everyday to try and sell you more. Once I get my order, this will be my last contact with BBB.
I ordered several wedding gifts. Most of them we're late or damaged. The last straw for me was I ordered patio chair pads. On Aug 18th. 3 came 1 day after expected day the last one came 3 weeks later. It was supposed to be sent Express mail. Everytime I called they had a different reason why it didn't arrive.
I order from bed bath and beyond a lot and especially like that I can return my product in their store no questions asked. Of course I hardly ever have to and I guess their quality control is much better than other online stores. At least they send you everything you need in your delivery to out your piece together (if needed).
I bought a king size bed on-line. They shipped it. I cancelled after the item was shipped. This item was free shipping. $800 dollar bed. They told me I would be charged $199 shipping and re-stocking fee. I called back with-in 24 hours and told them to go ahead and ship me the item after I cancelled. They told me I would have to purchase the bed again for the full price and they would not waive the $199 dollar fee. Absolutely ridiculous... DO-NOT buy any furniture on-line from BED, BATH and BEYOND. My second complaint is. I bought a $599 dollar picture from BED, BATH and BEYOND. They shipped it through FED-EX. FED-EX never got a signature when the item was delivered to my front door. The first picture was shipped to the wrong address and the replacement was shipped to the correct address but again for a second time no signature was obtained. Just left at my front door for anyone to steal the picture. This is ridiculous. I'm posting this message on every review site and ever social media site.
I'm considering changing my email because this company will NOT stop sending me adverts. I don't even live in the USA and have never used them. Don't give them your email: you'll never get rid of them.
I love the items from Bed, Bath & Beyond! I am not allergic to their lotions, which is a rarity for me. 90% of lotions out there leave me covered in a rash! But these creams that smell great don't affect me negatively at all. Plus the large number of fragrances is impressive too. I love their hand soaps, especially the new ones with olive oil! It's just not worth going to the store when their website sends me all kinds of great offers on a regular basis. The ONLY time I go to their stores is to return something and save the cost of return postage. I wait for big discounts or discounts plus free shipping before I order, and I have a ton of stuff from this company! Rarely do I find tems that are as great smelling and that I have no allergies to, so BB&B has won my loyalty.
I recommend the upper east side branch, the employees are friendly, they do not avoid assisting the clients, it is easy to get their help, I recently visited the branch and received Linda's help on the second floor, I needed a small pad for my iron board, she was very diligent, friendly, found the item and send to home, also the place is spotless, clean and with excellent light. In addition to buying you enjoy an atmosphere of relaxation.
I ordered a jewelry box on line and it arrived very quickly. The customer reviews of products on their site are very helpful in deciding what product to buy. I have ordered several times from them and have always been happy.
Answer: It's not hard to get them on the line, but they are all foreign so they didn't understand exactly what I was talking about
Answer: How can you share a success story when you hold on three separate phone calls for an excess of 16 hours to resolve a refund issue where you are not able to make contact through email because of a shortage of employees yet you are told that you exceeded the 15-minute window? I have been waiting for my refund since the 13th of August and I have yet to receive it
Answer: Bed Bath & Beyond is a scam! They took my money and NEVER sent my order and won't give me a refund! The worste online shopping experience I have ever had!
