After coronovirus businesses shutdown I decided to get my wife a "beadwax" birthday gift to wax her eyebrows. When it didn't show up after 1 week I emailed requesting a tracking number. I was promised one but looks like it was all lies. Based on similar experiences from the rest of you am beginning to believe these are dark web thieves and needs to be chased down. At the very least spread the word! ZERO star!
Product ordered in 2nd January and still waiting for it. Emailed as per the contact and they said it was delivered then said it was lost by the shipping company. They were supposed to resend but still nothing. VERY DISAPPOINTED and wished I read the reviews here before I ordered. No one has replied to been in contact with me.
I wish I had read the reviews from here first because the same thing happened to me. Paid 89 for wax and never received a tracking number for weeks! Had to contact them through email and of course they gave me the story of it being lost through the courier, then as I ask for a tracking number they ignored me and just said I will recently the wax in a few days. Well I have yet to receive anything. So I contacted them again and someone else said they would personally ship it out, now you all seem like liars since the last person said that and I never saw that to be true. I have asked for my money back and now they won't respond. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM! THEY ARE A HORRIBLE BUSINESS.
Overcharged for merchandise, would not respond to my emails. There is NO PHONE # to reach them. Tried to CANCEL the order numerous times starting right after order placed and continuing for 5 days. No response.
Email confirmation of order but nothing about shipping. Two weeks and several email inquiries later I finally filed a dispute through PayPal. Only then did beadwax respond saying the shipment was delayed. I repeatedly asked to cancel the order and once I mentioned contacting BBB they said it was on its way. Even that was false because they never sent tracking information.
I placed an order and I received a confirmation email stating that my item would be shipped in a couple days. I even received another email thanking me for my purchase and I would receive a shipping receipt shortly.
A few weeks later, I tried contacting the company because I was getting worried that I have not received my product or the shipping receipt. I called the number listed and it was invalid. I emailed them and also sent a message with a link on their website and I still have not received any response.
Had I looked them up on IG and FB, I would have seen all the comments of customers that didn't receive their products.
(I called my credit card company to file a complaint)

Do not go through this company. They are a total scam, charge you and then there's no way to get in touch with them. Go on their Instagram account and see all of the comments from people who have had the same experiences.

Answer: Scam company! They do not send out their wax and they do not give refunds.
Answer: Nope, I've been asking for one for two months and got a response once saying they would ship my order once it was back in stock. Such a scam. There's no number to call and no way to leave a review on their website. I'm sure they took all those reviews from another website.
Answer: No I haven't and it's been since May 3 2020! Can't get in contact with anyone!
Answer: Don't have a product to ascertain if it's a good or bad product. Nothing thing was ever sent. VERY DISAPPOINTED
