Bead Wax has poor customer service. Their web site makes you think you will get your product in 2-4 days. You get charged immediately, but after 35 days still I have no product. There is no phone number to call to speak with a Bead Wax representative. You get no product tracking number. Email contact just gives you the run around. This is a big scam to avoid based on the fact I am out $81.00 still no product. I can only imagine what refunding would be like if something comes damaged.

I order the bundle on April 17,2020 received confirmation email. Couple days later I received email that my order shipped but NO Tracking Number. Then I emailed the company because thats the only contact information on April 28,2020. I didnt receive a response for almost a week and Sarah T (Customer Service) sent me a standard email that was copied and pasted in multiple days but separate emails. Then she said she will escalate my case and a guy name James (Suppose to be manager) emailed me telling me my order was lost and he would send out the order again. I emailed everyday asking for a respond and I got the same email multiple times in separate emails. I asked for a refund NO RESPONSE for a couple of weeks and the response was the same email saying my bundle left the warehouse. Im highly upset and ive escalated this case to paypal and sent emails as my proof. I also emailed the company asking for a Manager of both Sarah and James. Overall BAD company and I will NEVER order again and i've posted on social media about this company warning everyone of their SCAM!

So I like everyone else found this fantastic deal and I had to jump on it. I initially wanted it for my wife as a Mother's Day gift and that day came and went. Here we are 5 weeks later and so far very little communication and the emails I have received are the EXACT same ones that everyone on this site has been sent. What a bunch of crooked A-Holes! Amazon has Bead Wax Kits back in stock and you know with them you can at least speak with someone if there is an issue! Run far away from these jerk offs!

Why aren't these review on your actual website? Instead you make fake reviews and post on your website to make your website look legit when it's not. I think this is a complete scam seeing how hundreds of people have the same story. I see giulia has given whack responses saying email the same email that is on the website, and expect NO response or no help. I will not stop until I get my money. This is disgusting and I hope the scammers pay for this.

This is a complete Scam company. Dont let the look and feel of the website, its reviews fool you.
1) Place an order more than a month ago, while trying to place the order, they even fool you by emailing you a discount code - one which never works. So eventually user ends up paying full price
2) No number to call back on - Didn't even receive a confirmation receipt, some did - but I didn't. There is no tracking number
3) When trying to reach - there is a auto generated email, from system stating this is 'Sarah and it will take upto 3 weeks to get your product shipped'. If you try emailing again and again (just to test them)you get a standard system generated email - with no updates.

Worst: Check your Credit card, its will show a transaction from some wierd company called 'CO.COM*BEAD WAX' which is NOT legetimate. Its a huge SCAM in these difficult times - stay away

PS: If you try and write a review on the website 'Beadwax.com'- it just doenst allow you to do so. So those reviews online are also fakeee.

Same experience as everyone else. I ordered a kit for $70 on beadwax.com on 4/20. I got an email that my order was on the way. I asked for shipping info and got the, "I will check with order management" bs. I sent another email and This fake Sarah chick replied that the package is coming.

I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge and filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Why are they still doing business online? I'm tired of these type of scams.

Ordered one of the kits with my credit card and never received my order nor could we contact them aside from emails and their so called website. We never received any responses after a 3rd email stating that the orders were behind and they would ship ASAP, yet I received confirmation that courier had picked up the product and it will be out or delivery prior to the email they sent saying they are behind on orders, which was BS! Do not purchase as this company is stealing money from consumers.

I placed an order of about $70 on April 28th, 2020. They took my money and now two weeks later I ask for a tracking number to receive this message. I'm calling my bank. Ridiculous. Definitely a scam, I never thought I'd fall for one.

I ordered some wax from them a few weeks ago. They said they would send the tracking number and never sent it. When I emailed them about it a lady named Sarah said she would get it to me but never got back to me. When I asked for a refund she said no because it was already shipped out. Never got anything I had to end up disputing it with my bank to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Whoever is behind this should be ashamed of themselves. Scamming people especially at a time like this.

Do NOT order from this site! I emailed asking for a cancellation and a refund 2 days before it was "shipped" and then after it "shipped" they claimed I could no longer cancel since it "already left the warehouse" but could "start the refund process" once I receive the product. It was "shipped" and "left the warehouse" yesterday and still no tracking number! Communication is poor, your lucky to receive one reply email per day. NO phone number provided. I ordered with PayPal and opened a case with them, hoping I get a refund. Can't believe this site is still running considering all the reviews! Wish I seen the reviews before I ordered!

I ordered my BEADWAX kit paid over $70. I didn't receive any tracking info so I emailed them and they responded my item was delivered. However the item delivered was a cheap Lavany wax kit from amazon with a gift receipt from Catalin. For days I tried to figure out who would send me a gift from amazon. Turns out Beadwax sends their merchandise to amazon to handle their shipping. Well great but they replaced the $70 BEADWAX kit with some cheap one worth $21 that quit working after a single use. I emailed to get a refund and get the run around. This is such a scam.

I purchased a set for 89.99 over a month ago. No tracking number for this product exists. During Covid 19, they have taken advantage of the people, put out appealing sales, and manipulated customers into thinking they hadn't received their product because of the pandemic. No. They just never sent you your product. Ever. Don't buy unless you wanna fight with your bank about a refund. Also shame on whoever is behind that fake company
