Same BS happened to me. They took my money, never sent me any product, and have dodged "all" (email address only) contact. I'm shocked at how many reviewers got a response at all. I have gotten no reply to multiple attempts at contact. The website was down for awhile and my emails failed to send, but it is back up now and, I'm sure, collecting more ill-gotten gains. I wish there was something we could do other than telling everyone we know; hopefully karma'll get em in the end.

Scam
July 9, 2020

Placed and paid for my order on May 1, never received order. Received an email in June saying my order had shipped, but when I followed up weeks later, I was told it was delayed due to COVID. Now over 2 months later as I try to cancel and receive a refund, the company is non-responsive. Loss $63 and embarrassment that I fell for this scam.

I purchased a wax kit. Payed $63 and never received anything. After 1 month of placing the order, I contacted beadwax.com and got an email with an answer from "Sarah" but never received my package. This company took advantage of COVID-19 to scam many of us! It's so sad how can someone take advantage of anyone, especially during this hard times.

Scam. I ordered in April. Contacted customer service several times for a tracking number that I never received. Got an email from the "customer service manager" who ensured me he resent the package as it was lost in the mail due to covid19.2 months later still waiting and went to website to look for number and the website is gone. Pretty sure it's a fake company

Never again

It's been a little over 2 months and I still haven't got my order. I messaged them the ending of May to inform them it's been taking a while. They replied and said they'll resend it, I waited and never got it. Now I message them every single day for a refund and they just ignore me. They don't even bother getting back to me. I wasted $81 for nothing. Don't waste your time people.

I made a purchase in the beginning of April, it is now June, I continued to try to contact the company for my package as I have not received an email to track it. After numerous times of trying to get in touch with them, I received an email from the so called "shipping operating manager" stating that the package was lost, and another was sent out. Continued to wait for the second package, still did not receive a tracking number nor the package. I tried to contact them and now nobody bothers to respond. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not want to refund me nor send an actual package. Will be making a police report.

Worst company

I placed my order at the end of March 2020. I received e-mails saying my package was shipped never got an email with tracking information. When I emailed bead wax because well they have no customer service number I was told my package got lost in transit ok no problem new package got shipped out on the 4th of June still no email with tracking information still haven't received a package and oh wait it gets better now no ones responding to my emails! Do not buy from this company you will be at a loss email correspondence from May to yesterday below

I placed an order on May 14th. On the 26th I received an email that it was on the way and I would get another email with the tracking number. It never happened. On June 8th I contacted them via website because they offer no phone number. I told them my issue. On the 9th I received a generic response that due to Covid19 they were behind... I responded that their response offered me no update on my order. I received no response. On June 12th I contacted them again requesting a refund. I got no response. Be careful purchasing from Bead Wax. Now I'll have to seek legal help. It's sad it cones down to this. I would give 0 stars if I could. They will not get away with keeping my money.

Horrible

If I could leave zero stars I would. I placed an order on April 27th and it is now June 16th. When I inquired about my order a month ago they said they were backordered but would ship my purchase soon. It's been another month and it still hasn't shipped. When I asked for a refund a week ago and every day since I have yet to get a reply. There is also no number to reach this company at. It's a scam to take your money and not give you the product that you purchased. Don't waste your time or money on anything from their website.

Ordered on May 4, it is now June 12 and still nothing. I received an email that it was shipped, but never rcvd tracking # as promised. Company responded and used Covid 19 as an excuse not to deliver. I asked for refund and now I get no reply at all. The email came from a Sarah T. No phone number available, to contact directly. I would NOT recommend purchasing from Bead Wax

Conveniently enough the site doesn't allow you to write reviews just read the awesome ones that they received or probably made off. After purchasing a wax machine I had several charges that would found on my credit card that I did not make. I thought it was a coincidence. Moving forward, I had waited a month for my shipment. They had sent several pre written emails "your package is on your way!" and "your shipment has been received!" But when attempting to get in touch with them about my package not showing and not receiving a tracking number they disappeared. Now, 6 weeks and 5 emails later I have nothing. I have disputed the claim but hope that this company burns to the ground. Don't waste your money
