I have emailed customer service 3times and have had no response. I have not received my order and it's been 17days. I paid extra for expedited shipping order to be shipped in 4-8 business days..

If I could give negative stars, I would. Ordered almost $150.00 worth of clothes and it never arrived, AND I paid expedited shipping. There is no working phone number (well, one that goes to China and will ring ten times and then a message will break in and say it is a non working number), and upon first emailing them, they insisted it had arrived to my house and delivered. Then they ghosted me. I've emailed and called, and there is no longer any communication from them, period.
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It's a company in China who makes their money by ripping off customers and then not being available when problems arise. The sad part is that this review will not affect how they run their company; they will continue to rip off the public for as long as they can. Save yourself your time and money. Skip this sad excuse of a proper business.

I still have not received my suit. Ordered June 3rd. I did not realize what kind of company I was ordering from. Purchase at your own risk.

Beware you ship this crap back to china! On your dime. Out of 5 dresses, only 2 fit. Rest garbage quality.

SPENT 50.00 TO SEND BACK ITEMS, AND WAS NEVER CREDITED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD. THEY KEEP TELLING ME IT HELD UP IN CUSTOMS

Buyer beware that if you need to make a return the policies are very difficult. The choices are as follows (per their customer service correspondence) and only apply if returned within 15 days…
A) Exchange for Free Item: we resend you 1 new item with a free price (below $37) instead of a return. (Most customers choose this)

B) Exchange for New Items: we resend you 3 new items with 50% off price instead of return.

C) Fast Partial Refund: You don't need to return. We can refund 12% for each returned item. This way can save you much effort and time.

D) Return for full refund: Please mail them out within 7 days and offer a valid returning tracking number.

The cost to return 3 light weight bathing suits to China…$87. The suits were very thin fabric. Buyer Beware.

Worse website, worse service money hungry cheap quality I bit they buy their stuff for a dollar and they can't even help they're customers…I purchased from this website and didn't get my package went somewhere else…I contract customer service and practically they told me to fix it myself but clarified no refund/ no resend package unbelievable read reviews before buying from Beachsissi no worth it at all

This is cheap garbage that is impossible to return! Others have said the same. Wish I would have read these reviews BEFORE I wasted $150... :(

Poor quality and had I realized it was a store in China I never would have bought from them. They hide that fact very well. They say they have returns, but when you try to return it you have to send it to China. That would cost me more than the suit. I should have known it was too good to be true. Stick with name brands and buy from Macys and other good department stores. You might pay more but you will get a better quality and you can return them. Macys doesn't charge a return fee either and they pay for shipping.

They said it would arrive, never arrived, emailed then Twice, they finally answered after the second time and said its because I emailed them on a weekend! He said too bad you cant return it.

On 7 of March I had placed an order of 8 items at beachsissi, total worth of 150$. For an unknown reason, the order was split in 2 parcels, 1 of them was delivered and received at my mail box on the 30 of March as it could fit inside since it was a small parcel. The remaining 7 items, were nowhere to be found, and as of today I never received these items. The tracking of the parcel said status Delivered, however, the parcel was nowhere to be found. I was at home that day, and looked at my mail box several times, looked at every floor, and asked the neighbors. Simply this parcel was never received by anyone. I was unable to launch an inquiry with the post as for international parcels it's the sender that has to do this, i.e. Beachsissi. I had to send tens of emails before the manager at beachsissi made me the favor of launching the inquiry, which he says he did on the 12 of April, several weeks after my complains! He never came back to me with an answer about what happened to the parcel and refused to reimburse me for the items I had paid and never received! Be aware, you are left completely UNPROTECTED if anything goes wrong with the delivery, the customer service although the response is quickly, in practice is non-existent. Be prepared to lose your money as it happened to me. I lost 120$, I lost time trying to figure out what's going on and trying to claim the self-evident, i.e. Receive reimbursement for items you never received but have paid for. NOT WORTH your time, NOT WORTH your money.

This is a sham company. The items are crap and you have to pay $$$ in shipping back to China—just to have the items returned because it can't make it through to the address or through customs. They won't give more than 15% of the items' value in return. It's a total scam.

Took weeks to get. Swimsuits were all size small and they all fit differently. Either too small, too big, or too short in torso (like for a very short person) and I'm only 5'3". Seams were also uneven in crotch and butt. The padding for tops was a cheap really small round foam disc. And the return was so expensive it wasn't worth returning.

Be careful ordering from here. NOT HIGH QUALTY. I placed an order and within one minute, tried to cancel realizing it was wrong but they send me a message saying "sorry, your order is already fulfilled. You can return within 15 days when it arrives for a refund". It came, the quality is not good so I want to return it. Here is what they said. Basically - if you want to return, you have to pay the shipping to China which is more than $100.

Happy with my Beach Sissi bikinis, the quality and design is wonderful, I adore them! Highly recommended

Ordered 5 bathing suits, all terrible fit and quality. When I talked to customer service to return, they wouldn't give me a return label and instead said I had to pay $40 myself to return… pathetic and ridiculous. I'll never order from them again.

HORRIBLE!
I paid extra for speedy shipping, which they did not meet expectations... therefore being late receiving couldn't take on my vacation. Received while gone, then they WOULD NOT return since it was more than 15 days... blamed on "shipping"...
