I ordered a bathing suite from Beachissi. I read the return instructions and while it mentions you can return within 15 days, it does not say the return will have to go back to CHINA and will cost more than you paid for the item to do so. They offer you the option of 10% to keep the item without a return. I let them know I would not be ordering from them again because they don't clearly state the returning issue.

This company is fraud. They will NOT give you a refund even if you send it back. I never got my money and I paid for shipping.! Do NOT order from them! They need to be shut down!bad customer service!

Terrible experience. I have not received my order and Beachsissi say it was delivered so there's nothing they will do. The delivery company (NXCOMM) sent a text with a different order number, no address, saying they'd delivered from Yuntu - but I've asked twice to show proof they delivered to my actual address - they can't. They also don't make clear that it's in $US not Australian

I ordered a total of 6 swimsuits (3 in two sizes) in hopes something would work out or thinking I could return items if not. WRONG! Nothing worked for me so I requested a return. They insist you get the product back in 7 days or less to China. The UPS guy told me it would be more than $100- so basically just about the total I spent. And if they didn't get it in time I'd be charged for the shipping. So that means I'd be out over $250- and have nothing. I've tried NUMEROUS times to get some kind of refund and even though they offered 20% on the first reply they keep being evasive and just talking in circles. While I take responsibity for not reading reviews for them first I don't think a company should totally rip you off with no help whatsover. I've never written a bad review before but I hope this can help some of you from ordering from this totally deceptive and fraudulet company. RUN THE OTHER WAY! DO NOT ORDER FROM BEACHSISSI!

I received poorly made items and returned items for refund. One dress wasn't even sewn under arms, uneven straps, hem on dress was uneven and longer at the back. The company advised if I provided a tracking number of the return items, I would get a refund. The company made excuses for 3 months in regards to my refund. Found out Beachsissi Company refused to pay "Custom Tax" to receive my return items back. I am now out of pocket for my 2 items and for the return postage cost. NEVER NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! 😡😡😡
Unfortunately it was too late to contact my bank to stop the payment but I will be contacting ACCC to report this company. I would advise others to do the same if they have had the same experience, otherwise this horrible company will continue to rip people off.

Do not order anything from this company. It comes from China and if it doesn't fit, it must be returned to China. The cost of returning stuff is astronomical. They don't tell you that until you're need to return something for credit horrible company. If you're lucky that something fits great if not you lose out they want to give you $30 and you can keep the crap that doesn't fit you or you can return it to China for over the amount of and it takes over a month to get to them if it even does. And then they'll determine whether or not it can be returned. Stay away

I would give them a negative if I could. After trying to haggle me to keep the $100+ worth of swimsuits I ordered-offering me like $18 to keep them, I knew this was going to be trouble. After paying almost $50 to return them to China, they returned my package to sender. After contacting them again, they again offered me like $18 dollars. Do not buy from them!

Do not order. Items are shipping from China and must be returned to China. Return shipping to China is minimum of $32. It takes over 1 month. Plus in website they state you would receive item in 1 week then when you get email confirmation it's 3 weeks. I sent return to China and still after 6 months still no return credit. Btw. The return credit is not for the full amount. Do not buy from them. Buy local

Buyer beware! Only has a 15 day refund policy! Bought clothes for my wife for Christmas and she didn't like the products because of the quality of the material. Customer service stated I couldn't get a refund because of their policy. I definitely will not be using this company in the future. My lesson learned will hopefully be your gain.

This company is horrible, and if I could give them no stars it would be too many! I ordered 200.00 worth of items that came late from China, I sent the unopened package back in July and still in December a person named Ivy and Leon is telling me customs in China sent it back. I don't want the merchandise back, I wanted a refund. Ivy even asked me to change a review. I have no tracking and Leon's story keeps changing. Visa is now helping me and said they have a lot of issues with this company and how they handle returns. Visa said Beachsissi has a warehouse in the US but they won't accept returns there, only to China... what a waste of my time, and Visa's time. Do not order from them unless you know you are keeping there poorly made swimwear! I added a bit of the email chain so if you return an item you can see what you are in for, plus pricy shipping ran 80.00 from USPS.

Stay far far away from this company. Poorly made product and a huge ripoff. Extremely expensive to return product. Your option is to spend $30 to return a $35 item in hopes of getting your money back. Big scam. Do not buy from them.

Do not use. Extremely difficult return process. They tried to bargain with a credit of 25% of value. Then refused to issue credit even with proof of return delivery.

Hello, while they advertise and entice on Facebook and other social media outlets what they fail to tell you is they are based in China. If you have to return and item you must do so to China. The clothes run small, are substandard material and when returning you have to pay over the amount you paid to return. Every company that does not have a return office in the US should be banned from selling here.

If I could give the experience I've had this company 0 stars, I would. I am unable to place a review directly to their site and tried doing it under the items, which they have to accept the review to post onto their page. I purchased a couple dresses which I decided to return- products didn't fit well, and seemed cheap. I mailed the return package back in April. It was held in customs for months and in September the status finally showed as delivered to facility. This company says they never received the package and will only offer a 15% refund. Throughout the process, I kept getting generic email responses back to my inquiries that were not helpful. Now I'm down $150 and don't have any of the items I initially purchased. The return process and customer service has been a huge headache and not recommend purchasing from this company.

This company does not even deserve a one star- they are a zero!
The clothing is garbage. Very poor quality materials, bad workmanship and sizing is not correct. It's probably made by children in a sweat factory in China. No return policy (although they claim you can). If you try, you will pay more in shipping charges than the cost of the items.
What a fraud.

My order did not look like the pictures. Also, it was not true to size. Horrible quality! I spend around $30 to return $70+ dollars because I did not want anything else from them. It's been months and I have not received refund. I'm out over $100. They are crooks! It took forever just to find a return address. Do not buy from this company!
