Always hesitant to order swimwear online but I saw a really cute suit with free shipping and returns. I figure what do I have to loose. I didn't realize it was coming from China do very long to arrive. Overall the suit fit but the stitching in the crotch was tight and uncomfortable and the neckline was oversized like it was stretched out. Said I wanted to return it and they said I would have to pay to ship back to China. Not cool.

Item didn't arrive. I contacted beachsissi and they put the onerous on me to contact Australia post and get compensated from them. Australia post refused to deal with me in the matter as they needed the sender to contact them. I Screenshot this email from Australia post and sent it to beachsissi but they still refused to do anything about it and told me that my only option was to pursue Australia post!

The advisors are lazy, inconsiderate and incompetent. Avoid!

This is a China based company that will take your order and money and then not deliver. I ordered a bathing suit which should have arrived in 7-10 days after the order. After a week I noticed it still had not shipped. After a lengthy email conversation and numerous requests for a refund, they promised I would receive my order by 1/23/19,10 after the original delivery promise. I agreed as it worked with my vacation time frame. After again not receiving the item, I contacted them requesting a refund and they refused, sayng that it had already shipped. I contacted my credit card company and received a refund. Beachsiss never refunded the money and I never received the item. It is now the middle of February and nothing has arrived. I'm sure it never will. Save yourself some trouble and bypass this company.
