I was looking for a different site to buy some wheels from as I haven't had the best experience previously on another platform. I decided to take a chance on BB Wheels after reading some reviews. Found the wheels I was looking everywhere easily at a great price. The website works great and is easy to understand. Once I ordered there was a question about the wheels application to the selected vehicle. They were quick, undesrstood what I wanted and got the order setup the next day. Very pleased.

I ordered a set of wheels I thought would work, they paused my order and told me to contact them. I called they immediately put me through to a sales member found the wheels I ordered where the wrong offset and they did not have any in stock that would work for my situation. So I got a refund easily, and got the ordered canceled. Awesome people to deal with!

I ordered my wheels and a few hours later I got an email to call because there was a discrepancy with my order. I called and spoke with an actual person, he knew almost immediately why my order was held up. The wheels I ordered technically should not fit my vehicle but I knew because of extensive modifications I have done that they would. He verified with me that this was still the route I wanted to go and released my order. My shipping confirmation followed shortly thereafter. I am just impressed by how closely these guys pay attention. Great experience so far!

My tire order arrived less than 48 hours after placing it on Thursday. I was surprised when FEDEX pulled up Sat morning. Tires looked perfect. Manufacture date code was 4 months old. I'm very pleased with the whole transaction. Very highly recommended. Thank you BB Wheels.
