Buying is the easy part. Lets see if they get here in a timely manner. My last set of tires I bought from you in December did not show up. It tied my money up for 45 days. Paying for a tire arrival guarantee is as an additional charge is not good either. We you buy something, you expect it to arrive without an additional charge.

Very good price with free shipping anything local $100 more a set within a 50 mile radius these were delivered to my door. Bonus only one was delayed a couple days but arrived in plenty of time Thank You

I can't believe how quick these tires came. I ordered four tires on Thursday morning. I got them by noon on Friday. They were shipped out of Minnesota I received them in West Virginia. Great job guys.

While getting new tires put on my truck the tire tech showed me that 2 of 4 'tire spacers' were missing from the rims. Research on my iPhone revealed different sizes of the spacers. The auto parts store rep also was no help even when I showed him the 'spacer' I carried. I called BB Wheels TEL NR online and learned from the rep what all of us were calling 'spacer' was in reality Hub Centric rings. He quickly took my order for new set of HC rings and emailed my receipt. To recap: the combined institutional knowledge of 2-tire changing 1-auto parts store manager plus myself over the course of 2 hours to NOT identify the HC rings successfully culminated in a 5 minute telephone call to BB Wheels. The HC rings (correctly sized) will arrive at my home in 72 hours. Thanx BB Wheels, good job. I learned a lot during this episode.

Experience was good just because BB Wheels had a good looking wheel that fit my unusual application. All the other Companies I tried either had simple looking wheels with nothing to highlight them or they were out of stock. Waited almost five months for some wheels that were apparently being held up in China. The Company advertised the wheels as if they had a store full of them. BB wheels was always honest with me. As I said I had a hard fit a unusual offset and a size 17 which is no longer popular so many companies opt for the larger wheel. BB Wheels saved me from the boredom and misery from being stuck with the same or a similar designed wheel. Thank you. Now I have wheels that are a compliment to my competition sound system.

I needed a odd size rim for a 1979 Toyota 4wd pickup. 17x9 with a lug pattern of
6-5.5. I called for fitment assistance and was pleased with the help. I also wanted the rims to be fully polished.
Ordered the rims and have not received them yet, but have high hopes.
