I ordered a rim from their website in November of last year. I bought a used set of rims privately and one was cracked, so the replacement I ordered was through BB Wheels.

The rim came, but it was missing the center cap. I eventually contacted them in March, as I tried resolving the issue on my own for quite some time. Trying parts store solutions and attempting to find similar sized center caps in junkyards. I couldn't fimd a solution on my own.

The reply I got from them was to summarize, "we can't help you, you waited too long." I suppose I accepted this? Although it was their mistake.

I in good faith, having been in an accident, attempted to buy another rim from them yesterday. I again brought the original issue of the missing center cap to them thinking that my good faith purchase to trust them with my business again might get my previous issue resolved. It didn't. I was simply told I could pay money for something that I essentially already payed for, or I don't get any help.

In November I payed for a whole rim, center cap included. They refused to help me again in July and I cancelled my good faith order.

If you can't send out a whole product in the first place, as the way I understand it- I payed for the rim and center cap, why would I trust you with more business when you didn't deliver a whole product in the first place? I won't pay extra for another center cap as that is something that is already owed to me.

Based on their credibility in dealing with me, I wouldn't be surprised if I did order another rim and payed for a center cap, that I would receive 0 center caps.

TLDR: I didn't get a small plastic center cap because they never shipped it. Despite attempting to purchase through them again, they still refuse to fix their previous mistake. I wouldn't trust them to accurately ship what you order. I only hope my refund is handled better.

I purchased a steer tire for my rv. I took it to a reputable shop to balance and install. I was told the tire is so far out of balance that it was essentially unusable. I contacted BB wheels and the requested pictures of the readout of the out of balance tire on their "preferred " brand of balancer. I complied. After about a week I was told this didn't meet the manufacturer warranty criteria. I asked for a return for refund for the unused tire. I have since been ignored. Do not risk buying junk tires from this company that does not stand behind what they sell.

I was sent a newer model of the item that was actually pictured on the product page and that I needed as a replacement wheel. Since they dropship they don't actually have the product on hand but they let me know the product that was pictured had been discontinued for 5 years, so why hasn't the picture been changed? Best part is the image got changed immediately after I brought it to their attention. They were hard to get a hold of rarely returning calls and emails, they would only accept my return if I paid 25% restocking fee and shipping back! I finally received a call from a guy from upper management after I opened a credit card claim. After going back and forth a little with him since I am not going to take a loss on something I clearly didn't order and is not my fault, he agreed to give full refund and pay for shipping! Well I never received that shipping label like I was promised and they then stopped taking my calls and e-mails. I received the full refund due to the PayPal claim, after I sent the wheel back with a label I paid for. I think the only reason I got the refund was because I opened a CC claim, I don't think they would have willingly. Save your self the trouble and do business with someone else, if this is how they are going to act over 1 replacement wheel what would they do if you have a problem with a larger order then I did?

I ordered Wheels, Lugs, Hub centrics and new TMPS.
I figured it was easier to order all from 1 place. You think they would discount the extras if you spent over $1000 on wheels. They actually over charge on the extras and their return policy is ridiculous.

There website ask you for the male, model, and trim. Did all of that and still was given the wrong sized rims. Then they want more money to return and get the right size. H na FIX YOUR WEBSITE BB WHEELS!
