I bought cooler tires 295/70/18 from bb wheels. I had them mounted and balanced and initially I thought the installer did a poor job on the mount and balance. I took it to another discount tire and they deemed the road force too high, like astronomically high. I got with Tanya from bb wheels and she stated the manufacturer wanted the read outs of the machine. I got pictures of the readout machine and emailed them. Tanya then stated the manufacturer said the reads are so high they believe the installed mounted them to the machine wrong. Fine, so I went to another discount tire and low and behold the same issue. Both discount tires deemed the tires defective. They had to add so much weights to try and balance them but it still left my truck wobbling. I sent the 2nd read outs back to Tanya from bb wheels. Bb wheels response was that the tires were defective and they would need to be sent back for warranty replacement at my cost! That's freight shipping! And bb wheels counselor guarantee that I would get my money back for the freight shipping! Freight shipping cost for 4 tires was over $1k! I emailed for a few days back and forth with bb wheels as this was just unacceptable but they would budge on the issue even though their website discusses defective items and giving a pre-paid shipping label for returns. They still wanted to say it was a warranty issue. The tires are defective! I even contacted their manufacturer, GTW, which was no help at all. I'm stuck with brand new $1800 tires that I can't afford to ship back or have on my truck that could mess up my suspension. Don't do business with bb wheels! Beware!
Great service had to order lugnuts for my rims. Fast service and easy, will order again from them. Very professional too.

Received 3tires very next day, fed ex says order shipped, will be calling them if not delivering other tire today. Other than that, as long as I get my other tire, it was excellent. I think fed ex makes it look bad and kinda worries ya if they sent the correct amount.

Easy to get a replacement for damaged tires through the warranty program. Only issue is that I paid more for the replacement than the original but that's not a big deal. 3 year warranty on road hazards can't be beat.

Haven't received my order yet but the process went smoothly even tho I ordered the wrong bolt pattern two different times and the return process was instant Thanks to both Nolan and Austin.
