Excellent customer service. I am a Bodyshop owner, and I did not see a wheel that I needed for a repair that I was working on so I started a chat leaving a message because it was early in my area. STEER CLEAR! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! Order from a reputable site! BB's website and sales rep Nate said the wheels would fit. They do not fit and when I called BB an incredibly rude "customer service" person named Sandra immediately told me this is not their problem and that I could buy spacers from them. I emailed her proof of my convo with Nate and she didn't care. She couldn't even be bothered to spell my name right. This company could care less about selling you the correct product. Save yourself the hassle. Order from someone else!

So far they have been great have many different finance options "even if you have BAD credit" and their shipping seems to be extremely fast will update when items arrive 3/12/24

I recently placed an order though BB Wheel for rims which they had no problem charging me for. 2 days later I get an e-mail informing me they were canceling my order and refunding my money "due to our anti-fraud system". As I look in my credit card account there is still no pending refund. This has been a great waste of time. I will be placing my order though a different business and steering clear of BB Wheel.
