Beautiful full color pictures to help me decide...wish there were more reviews though. It has been a while since I was in Germany and purchased cuckoo clocks...the new prices scared me, but a handcrafted clock is still a work of art and beautiful. One has to carefully study each clock to make sure you buy what you really want. I am so very pleased with my clock and the clockmaker I chose. A real joy to look at and listen to. Glad that I made the purchase.

The site and quality of the clock are amazing. The clock is beautiful and is exactly what I had expected.
My clock was very well packaged and in excellent condition when it arrived. I found the information I needed online, but a small sheet with set up and adjustment instructions would have been nice. I suppose getting them in so many different languages might be a bit of a challenge.
