I have used B&BW products for 40+ years, love them. BUT twice in the last 6 months, I submitted orders thru their website. A week later I was sent a shipment email and an email telling me that several of the products were canceled due to unavailability. But the items were still showing up as available when I checked the website. I contacted their customer service and was told that it would be better if I ordered something different because they could not guarantee the "available" products would actually be available when my order shipped. I can't understand such a large company not having better sync between their inventory and their website. (BTW, I was able to go on Amazon and order the missing products which I need to complete gift baskets.!)

First time I ordered online & I could not be more than disappointed! The bubble wrap was flat. We thought my candles had shattered. Way to much room in the box. One candle is loose in its container.

Shipping is really slow with this company, that is if you get your order. Order a month ahead of Christmas when you order and it may be to you by Christmas. This is my personal experiences with them.

I love love love their shampoo and condioner. Best I've ever used and I've used many high end products. I color my hair often, I'd say much more that average because I like to try new things which sometimes go terrible wrong so stripe and redo. These products keep my hair looking shiny and beautiful. And feeling amazing. My regret is more people don't know about them. They are a hidden gem in stores. I only found out about them when a hotel I was staying at carried white citrus. Amazing fragrance. Thos was not sold at stores so I bought energy. Wow loved the stuff then they stopped carrying it. While the shampoo and conditioners are back energy is not. Stilling usi g because it's awesome. But I hope they bring back energy and promote it better. They should try travel sizes to get awareness out there.

Everyone have there own opinion about mineral oils in the products, but it's very tricky when you expect to take natural product with essential oils, but in reality it's just cheap way to promote not super healthy product! Girls and women read what is inside each bottle, don't let the company fool you!

I received several emails them that that my package was on its way, then there was a problem, then my package was out for delivery. Lastly, my package was delivered, of which was not accurate. I never received my package. I looked around my front of my house, in my mailbox, etc. and there was no package. I always get packages delivered to my home from various company's and I've never had this issue of no delivery and I am a very dissatisfied customer... I went on line to the Lasership Company to report this and they are aware, however, I felt Bath and Bodyworks should be aware as well. My Order #*******8745. Thank you, Rosalind M Parker

I spend thousands of dollars on candles from bath and body works I was so disappointed with the customer service I took advantage of there buy two get two free as I always do and a week later I get an email my order was cancelled no call or email to replace the candles that were not in stock I called customer service to honor me a coupon for the promotion they would not but the funniest thing is the candle is online again after the promotion it's really sad because I love there candles but I will be returning to yankee candle as I've never had a problem with them! 0

Good night, I love the products in this line, but sometimes we get upset with the product, better to say; with the packaging) I bought some Scents (smells from the outlet) and they all went to the trash because the wick to fit the refill didn't work, I think that should improve the packaging, since the product is not cheap! I see that bath and body works has changed their everyday deal that's been active since I started shopping their 15 years ago... I've always buy 3 get 2 free but all of a sudden it's buy 3 get 1 free. That's not acceptable my whole family is upset with this mess, we have been a loyal customers since 2003 and now we get this slap in the face... what about your customers? Now I have to wait until buy 3 get 3 is available to reup our supplies, or just find a new company to shop with. Or is the buy 3 get 3 going to become buy 3 get 2 now. Smh. Shouldn't never changed the way that works for your costumers, it's just greedy of bath and body works to changed the way that's been working for over 15 years... whoever ideal it was to charge us more should be fired!

I won't order from bath and body works again they have a terrible delivery rate! 2 packages never came. I was super disappointed because I had ordered the candles as gifts. Bath and body works change the packaging you ship your boxes in or require signatures for deliveries this is insane. My address is in Largo MD don't know how or why my package ended up in Chesapeake MD!

Not enough products made! I'm so bummed that I can't get ahold of the new witch hand candle holder. It's literally the advertisement right now and it's no where to be found online or in store, I almost had it online but when it was time to take the payment it said "sold out!" It just sucks cause there's people selling them for $80 and up and that's just taking advantage of people! I feel like you guys need to make MORE Products! I love your store but it's just overwhelming trying to get ahold of anything Halloween.

Very nice perfums offered. Different scents and so beautiful bottles. I like this site and recommend it to my friends.

Went to the bath and body work in st Catharines pen center july *******@11:30am. They had signs up all through the store saying 75% offf. While waiting in line to enter the store their employee told us about the deals. The little pocket hand sanitizer was supposed to be 50 cents each. So I picked up a few. Emily their cashier then tried to charge me 6 for $10 plus taxes. When i tried to object to the price she says " well that's what i thought you wanted". Meanwhile she had never asked me what i wanted. I believe this is false advertising.
