I have been using Bath and Body Works for over 20 years and I have always been satisfied especially with the hand soap and wallflower/scents.
The smell seems to last forever and a Day.

Bought a gift card yesterday for $50 turns out I got charged double for it now I'm on wild goose chase to get money back…

Horrible! Horrible! Horrific experience with this company! If I could I would have stuck to other companies! I ordered a few products at once to be forwarded by a shipping company. Bath & Body Works shipped just one of the products separately. Upon receiving it the shipping company shipped the single product and is now withholding all other products from the same order coz they're charging fees and tax per product. I had no idea that an entire company can display the level of incompetency Bath & Body Works has! It would have easily been solved had Bath & Body Works contacted the shipping company and informed them of their mistake, but due to its lazy work ethic it didn't. I will have the entire order shipped back to the company no matter what it costs and NEVER, EVER order from Bath & Body Works again! If I could give Bath & Body Works zero stars I would do so without hesitation!

Feeling dissatisfied, I bought these with the intention to give to someone as a gift, and when I opens up the box, some of the items were stick to the box with chewing gum

For starters, I been told my wife you guys are racists and perfer not to have blacks shopping in your stores, I notice the stares we get as we enter. I am a African American Black Man and my wife is also African American. Every time we enter one of the stores we are followed treated as if we are going to steal something and we spend Hundreds Everytime. And another thing that make me feel what I already know, is that all of your stores discontinued the lotions for men which myself as a black man and many others as myself need for our skin. I've called and acquired about the discontinuation and wasn't given a straight answer. And they definitely can't say that they weren't selling. Because myself and many of my friends shopped there for the lotion being that it has a nice scent, I feel like by the discontinuation, that gives black men no reason to come in your stores.

I received two coupons in the mail this past week, one of which contained a "free item 7.50$ or lower". After seeing this I decided to go try this out and when I got to check out with my wallflower (that was 7.50) and the lady told me that I could not get anything but a hand lotion! Because it was written on the back in fine print. Personally I thought this was so misleading of the company and I will never be purchasing anything from them again!

First time ordering for b&bw i ordered 10 plug-in refills they were 5/$25 i check out 10mins later i get a email saying part of my order was canceled 2 of the 10 items weren't in stock 1 item had to be shipped to begin with i was ok with that i received an email yesterday about the shipped item saying it's on the way now today i just received a new email saying that shipped item was canceled IF THE ITEMS ARE NOT IN STOCK THE WEBSITE SHOULD REFLECT THIS! This will be my first & last time ordering from you all because this is very unprofessional & your website should be showing items that's IN STOCK & that's AVAILABLE not items that's you don't have & allow the customers to add it to their carts check out then later get a email of a canceled order that's insane & pisses me off. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE INVENTORY!

Horrible customer experience. Rude cashiers. Questionable business practices. Overpriced items and they don't honor their own coupons that are written to deceive customers and try to get them to buy more.

Couldn't have asked for a better helper than angel when I went to bath &body works in dyersburg tn mall. She made it easy was very sweet made us won't to for sure go back she was awesome and very sweet

I love Bath and Body Works. They have great smelling body products. They have so many different scents that everyone will find something they like! The prices are really great as well! Shopping here always makes my day!

Each year I notice I can't redeem birthday coupons while "anything" is on sale. At the very least, I find a very tiny window. Frustrating.

Honestly, how can this company pretend to care about their customers when they misrepresent shipping information. How long will companies continue to use the pandemic for an excuse. When I accepted the shipping charge, it specifically said a certain amount of days for my money, right. So if blaming the pandemic is the problem, then the company needs to not charge for shipping for a certain amount of days when they cannot deliver. This is falsifying information, which in reality is against the business law. I have used bath and body works for all my fragrance needs my entire adult life, but I will be switching to perfume from a credible company. I spent over $110 without shipping charge. Since this company has known the pandemic causes shipping delays for them to charge a specific amount for a specific amount of days knowing the issues, this is false advertising.

I have a problem with everything that I love from your company you discontinue it. This needs to stop. Tangerine mandarin discontinued, Exotic Coconut discontinued and now Aromatherapy Comfort Vanilla and Pathchouli Discontinued. This is so upsetting I guess I will go back to the Body Shop who doesn't discontinue anything I like...

Though I like some of their scents even though a lot are recycled scents their prices are insane. And now they have uped the shipping cost. Now it's $7 to ship no matter how much you spend. Just more examples of hungry money aholes

Always love bath and body products such a variety or products and smells. I love love love the Vanilla Bean Noelle. Working as a housekeeper in a nursing home my hands get so dried and cracked from the constant use of soap, sanitizer, and cleaners but bath and body products not only keep my skin soft but smelling really good!

So nice, so gentle, so amazing! That's all what I can say about the products which I bought here. They make my bath evenings cool!

I have shopped with Bath & Body Works for years. For the past 3 years I've seen a drastic change in their products in regard to their candles. The quality has declined. They changed the name on some of their most popular candles but they do not come through with the promise of the old candles. I am so disappointed. My most recent purchase from Christmas. I returned all 6 candles I purchased after burning no more than 15 minutes in a small room. The aroma was either toxic to my nose or did not throw at all and we are talking a small bedroom. My family has allergies so I burned them in my bedroom. They continuously change the formula for example, summer Boardwalk smells nothing like it used to and I could go on but I choose not to. I just exchanged four four candles that I purchase at Christmas it is now February. And yes there was a delay my house was hit by tornado so I've been a little busy. Regardless, I have burned three of the four I have purchased. Two have shown promise. And old standby watermelon lemonade, a new scent blueberry pie. Banana bundt cake failed drastically and I have yet to burn sugared orange and vanilla I am hoping it will soar. I have never been more disappointed in the past 16 months with Bath & Body Works and their candles when you get a good candle and it sells you need to stop changing it! For example blueberry lemonade I know so many people that loved it and it's gone. Summer Boardwalk years ago was awesome and now it's been changed and it sucks quit messing with the formulas that you had! Vanilla snowflake it's changed! I could go on but I will not. Bring it back to where it used to be. You're screwing things up!

I'm truly a loyal customer to B&B. I shop with a coupon or without. :) Today I met the BEST sales person by the name of Sharise. Outstanding customer service. She greeted me with so much cheer in her voice. She helped me with my picks and even told me of some new items, that I also purchased because of knowledge of all the smell goods. Her SPRIT and her ATTITUDE were AMAZING! Great customer service Sharise. Look forward to seeing you again soon.
