Fairly fast service Have not had a chance to introduce the ball to my dog.

Pretty clean website but very confusing pricing. Ordered a specific package - device plus extra heads. Only received the device. That makes sense with the prices on the website but I would have spent more money gladly to get what I ordered.

It's been fine. I received the product on time. I am just not happy with the price. I thought I was getting some elaborate toy for that price it's no different than a lot of the other toys on the market for half the price at least half the price.

I was able to easily navigate through the site and find what I needed quickly. Informative and derived that my purchase would be well supported in the event of any issues.

Purchasing this product was easy, but the trimmer was not really what it was advertised to be. Not enough power with the battery operation, too much vibration, when it said the was almost none and dog's nails are still too long, due to those factors. Definitely, NOT for medium or large dogs.

The first day we had fabulous results but now, several days later, it is not helping a bit. Seems like a waste of money.

We got the both orders promptly, unfortunately the dog destroyed both toys in a matter of hours.

Seems to be working. I'm not sure how but my dog does stop barking when I point it at him, when he stops I follow with a treat.😊

Order took a longer time than I expected. When I got BarxBuddy, tried it out on my little dog. Didn't work as shown in add.

My dog was fascinated. It was broken within 5 minutes. I couldn't fix it and threw it away. He had another toy similar to Bark Buddy and loved it. It lasted at least a year.

Sorry, it doesn't work not at all. He still barks all the time and it doesn't even slow him down. I am sure it is a great product just doesn't work on my boy.

Very easy to order, confirmation came quickly but not product. I was allowing more time before calling because I was not sure when it was coming.

Tried the barxbuddy when it came. Had little effect at first then it didn't affect my dogs barking at all.

Placed he order and item was delivered one day later. Excellent experience.

1st time trying to pay with pay pal failed.But the 2nd time work.
Went to web site and it was shut down?

It was easy to use the website to shop and I got the device quickly.
