Was relatively quick. Did not like other offers promoted.

Barx Ball ad said that it was INDESTRUCTIBLE and offered a 30 day guarantee…my dog had it broken open within 10 minutes. Called customer service, they literally said "it was YOUR dog"s fault", and
Wouldn't return my money…but offered $10 to keep it?
This company is a total scam!
DO NOT fall for their tactics!

Good experience. My dog has managed to open the ball while she is chewing on it which is a concern. I cannot allow her to have the ball unsupervised. She enjoys the ball.

Ordering was simple and easy, I can see why people order this, it really works

I was amazed at how effective this device is. From the first quick press of the button my dog reacted. The only problem is if there are more than on pet, it also affects them, but is still a better close range training device than a shock collar.

Too many after purchase add ons. Just was wanting what I saw. Direct me to your catalog for more sales.

The battery that was sent with the product was very hard to install. I used the product for 5 days but according to the directions i was unable to get close enough to the dog to nudge them away from the fence. I could not tell a response from pressing the button. I do not feel like this product fits my needs and would like to return it.

I only had to use it twice to stop my miniature Australian shepherd from going crazy when people entered her space. Now I just have to pick up the device and she stops. The only downside is that she is afraid of me and slinks off when I pick up the device.

Easy shopping and I can't wait for it to get here.

Stop asking for additional purchases. It is frustrating and annoying

It's fine, but I don't like being asked to buy something else, or to do this review when I just want to quickly order the product.

Quick and easy and it looked good in the advertisement

Had to buy new battery and haven't had a chance to use it yet.

So far, so good, it worked just as directions specified, but my dog was afraid of it. He is hard to figure out.

Hoping this helps control the excessive barking our dog does.

My rescue dog has become protective of our home after a year of bonding, barking at any unusual sound or movement outside. He has responded quickly to the BarxBuddy. He stops barking immediately when I use the BarxBuddy. I am using treat and voice reinforcement and he is responding well.
