My husband and I contacted bark as we needed to make our will. We were contacted by Ian Nuttall who explained his occupation as a para legal. So expensive per lead, and half of them don't exist or don't ever reply. Waste of time, money and energy. Better to get clients through good old fashioned advertising
We have received 6 builders contact us within a few days. All so far have been positive. We have yet to decide who will do our conversion as all have good reviews.

I wrote in asking for the help of a wedding planner and received an immediate response from Bark, listing five companies who could assist. Bark then sent new my own account with a login pin and I eat immediately connected to a company who is assisting me.

... You can't remove your credit card info unless you call in. Shady business tactics. They did give me a refund when I called in after they charged me an extra $107 due to their "auto top up" option set to On automatically. Perfect site for /r/$#*!design

When purchasing packs of credits there is a tick box visible under Buy Now that allows you to turn off our Auto Top Up function on purchase. You can also turn this off/on in the My Credits section of the account at any time.
We created this function so that our professionals never miss a lead they are interested in. This is also why professionals can store their card details on their account. We can of course delete these at any time when requested. Please email us at [email protected] if we can help.

Jamie was great. Very polite and friendly and along with his colleague, worked hard on what wasn't the easiest of jobs. Nothing too much trouble and cleared up after himself. On Saturday I entered my request for a gutter cleaning company. I was immediately sent a list of companies and within five minutes one of them, Marc from Pro-Dec, phoned me to talk about the work I wanted done We arranged that he would come on Monday lunchtime. He arrived on time, very friendly, very efficient, cleared out all my gutters and drains. Job done in 45 minutes at an extremely good price. I was very impressed with the service provided and asked for a business card so that I could contact him again.

Fast and efficient. I gave my requirements and within an hour I had two applicants.
